Sorry my answers might seem cold, but I'm extremely realistic person and always ruin people's fun! hahaha well lumi, you and i have been here long enough to see what ideas are realistic and what ideas just stay ideas, so it's hard to disagree :P...that being said they are good ideas and if they were to actually happen it would be great. you're right about the layout/theme thread we have (thanks for linking it again btw...forgot about that gif :P) and IRC too, it's so underutilized and would be great for group events (ala Eurovision!!) anyways, anyone who wants to be involved with anything of this sort would be awesome, despite the pessimism (that i do admittedly share with you lumi :P)...any graphics or vidder people or anything of that sort are always always welcome. |

| Stein, you gotta understand we've had soooooooooooo many ideas pass through this club that never come to fruition, so if we seem pessimistic it is based on past experience and not an indictment on your ideas. us admins do put in a lot of work, but its hard when we do and start a new activity or thread, etc, and there's not any participation on the part of the members to keep it going. as far as IRC goes, by no means should that be a replacement for the main page. this club, it's main page, and it's threads, in my eyes, should always be the main focal point for anything that goes on in regards to this club. for my part, i meant for events like the Eurovision in May, or whatever other event we can think of that's similar. so for the AMVs you mean voting on existing vids, not creating new ones? well we did have a thread on that in a way, but it would be nice to revive (too under the weather to search for it :P)..and maybe could add a vote to it. we are certainly not afraid of trying anything. i would venture to say we've tried more new and unique ideas than most, if not any other club around MAL for members. whether it's the old Music Anthology project or the just passed fortune project, i think we're pretty cutting edge on that front. it's not just up to us though, there has to be interest too, and too often that hasn't been the case, so forgive pessimism but we've been through it so much before. don't let that diffuse your ideas or your telling us of them or following through. please show your photoshop skills, we'd love them or anything else you want to do here...just forgive us if after so many years of this we have to sit and say "we'll believe it when we see it". it's just human nature after we've been promised this and that and not have it followed through enough times to be pessimistic. |

| Yeah, as bill said, we have been both admins of this club soon 4 years, so we kinda know what we are talking about. The 20+ Twitch account sounds great! I'm totally for that. I could maybe stream something epic there as well. |

| It's not the copirights that are the issue. Twitch is an exclusive gaming live-stream website. Anything not related to games is prolly going to be shutdown by the staff. For alternative recommendations for a streaming site i would suggest www.connectcast.tv ( i'm not promoting this site or anything, i just have good exp with it from previous otaku gatherings to watch movies live together ). It's free, no restriction on what you can stream ( not sure if you can play hardcore porn but mild-hentai should work for you pervs :3 ) , no annoying adds. |

| since the other day (yesterday maybe? idk) i noticed the front comments section got flooded to the point where i had to backtrack 3 or 4 pages (which is a really great thing seeing that much activity) but it got me thinking.. maybe we should have like a little shout box somewhere in here so people can communicate a little easier with the other people online. then again we mgiht not have it for a reason. i can see the pros and cons of it but i wanna know what you guys think. especially the admins (uuh) |

| Yeah i know what you mean but and always wondered if it would be nice to have sth to chat with since irc is not exactly convenient and i dont like Skype either. The thing is most chat are using html code. Shoutbox has a bbcode but it is not working on MAL. The has restricted the full potential of bbcode. So although it's a good idea, we will have to rely on the comments section for now i guess. (That applies, if anyone has seen something similar to another club can mention it here so we can investigate differentpossibilities. We can't be possibly aware of all the tricks outta there ) |

You guys might want to check it out and tell me what you think of it. Well, if this club communicates easily through other means, kindly disregard my suggestion, I just joined this club nearly a few hours ago. |

| I'm not involved with Simulcasts, but perhaps @Uuh can respond to this. Maybe we can do a poll or something. One option would be to have one long simulcast such as a movie and then another shorter one like Traveling Daru or this recent OVA: http://myanimelist.net/anime/31387/Aru_Hi_Inu_no_Kuni_kara_Tegami_ga_Kite On the subject for voting for live group events, I think it would be good to have a poll and discussion about when to have CAH (cards against humanity) games. Despite checking the club comments multiple times a day I often miss it. Some people might not even know what it is since it's often posted as an abreviation (CAH). |

| ive been having the same issue lately. usually getting off work when it starts so i dont really get to watch it maybe we can try again for another simulwatch. maybe a different time. maybe a different day. idk what would be best for the people who always miss it though |
