According to Kadokawa, a TV anime of manga Mirai Nikki was announced to start this autumn. The final 12th volume of the manga will be released on April 26th. An 8 min long pilot anime has been bundled with the 11th volume published last December. I pray that the animu will be of different quality than the OVA. .... Other than that, I am happy for this news~ |

YAY! I, for one, really liked the ova and I've been thinking about reading the manga so this is great news for me. 2011 keeps getting better. |

I haven't read the manga before but the premise has a lot of potential. Here hoping the anime is good(since I guess the ova wasn't too great). Edit: *Reads the English name, oh yeah, my friend was hoping for an anime adaptation, should be good news for him. And I'm OK with seyuu choice. And I don't understand why all didn't like OVA. People. It's just a 8-min long pilot with smth like 1-st volume recap. It was impossible to make it anyhow better  |

Well, I guess it's time to finish the manga. Also NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Yuno's voice was absolutely fucking terrible. Y THEY DO DIS And the CGi Deus was just... ugh. Asread being too lazy to animate stuff. Bleh, I have like no hopes for this anime.  |

After that OVA I have to say I am definitely not looking forward to this. It will be full of awful CGI, terrible animation, along with a lousy color palette. It's a shame a good studio couldn't do this since it deserves a lot more than what it's getting.  |

The manga was pretty memorable, so I'm looking forward to seeing how the anime turns out, especially with its interesting/weird characters. |

YESSSSSSSSSSSSS I just rewatched the OVA to refresh my memory of the voice cast.. I'm actually quite impressed with Yukiteru's and Minene's (the latter in particular) but Yuno's, as other people have said, is just ugh. I always hoped for Nakahara Mai too. ;_; Oh well. ..There's a high chance this will suck, but I'm still excited. the Imaginary and the Real can never mingle. |
