Ya, you got it right, before recommending :

1.take a look at my completed list.
2.Don't recommend me any new shows, since I already watch 'em, but it's not enough .
3.Again make sure I haven't watched it.
4.No shows older than 7 years (I am not fond of old drawing)

I don't need a masterpiece, since I have seen most of them and finding one for me is almost impossible, if you need to know anything more let me know, thanks for your recommendations, though I'm a bit skeptical, 'cause finding harem, ecchi anime for me is hard, since I have probably seen almost all goodies.

Seconding Shukufuku no Campanella. That anime was basically created for fanservice lovers, nevermind the fantasy genre.

AIKa series has a lot of panty shots.

sora no otoshimono fits the bill perfectly I think. I just finished watching it and found it really entertaining even though I'm normally not a big fan of this genre :P
