| Same as Dark, I wanted to interact instead of just responding to discussions. I hoped to find older, more sophisticated minds in here. I remember being a teenager a lot like America remembers the 70s. What was I thinking? Then reliving that on the blogs is boring and tedious. |

| Hi everybody!!! As the thread creator I just want you all to know that I have read everyone's responses and it's great to see all of the reasons to join this club. For me this club is exactly what I was looking for and I hope it is for all of you too. I hope you all continue to enjoy the 18+ club and participate in the comments discussions as well. (^_^) |

| While there are some pretty awesome young teenagers and kids out there, the majority of them annoy the snot out of me. I had to wait for my age group to catch up to me and refuse to dumb myself down for the gakkis (I hope I spelled that right lol). Also, the other clubs I'm in, just play games. |

| I joined because I'm 21 and I love anime and manga. So I figured hey this club sounds like me! Plus I was hoping to discuss anime with people more my own age like other people said since I'm mostly looking for stuff that is aimed at an older audience. |

| I blame xajrx's profile pic for me being here, it's really sexy LOL Well, i do love hentais, ecchis, adult animes like Berserk, Hellsing, Elfen Lied, and more importantly, being able to chat with mature anime fans, kinda tired of joining 14 years-old kids groups and stuff. | I joined because this club's theme fits me perfectly. No one around me watches any anime and even when I finally find someone who does watch it, it's either Naruto or Bleach (which I have nothing against but it wouldn't hurt to go non-mainstream). Also, a pet peeves is when people automatically class you as someone who is childish or immature when you say you watch anime/manga. They just don't get it when I try to explain that anime is NOT the same as your average American Saturday morning cartoons. So at the end of the day, it's good to know that I can go to a place where we "adults" (which is a loose term mind you) can discuss about anime/manga without ignorant people butting in the way. |
