I don't understand some of what I just saw, but I liked every minute of it.

Finally an anime that doesn't let my mind wander.

Definitely one of the better anime this season.
The main character was very likable to me in the beginning with his normal aspirations, but I am looking forward how the world of money will corrupt him.

interesting story. good characters. good voice acting. seems like a win all around. I thought for sure that Minabi was interested in him.... then a boyfriend from a rich family. I'm sure we'll see more.

but wow the dude who committed suicide, cant he choose a better way, i cant think of what his body looks like when they find it x___x

Huh not what I had expected. I was expecting something slightly more realistic like a secret organization behind the workings of the stock market or something. But this is still interesting at least. Let's see where this will go. Totally diggin the OP/ED too.

Seems unique, though it seems to have a religious feel to it ... op and ed were really good, art style was also pretty good looking forward to next ep

It was decent, I guess.
Really didn't like the CGI, the red was just painful to look at.

Very intriguing first episode. This can end up being very good. Hopefully it will.

It has that weird Eden of the East, like just being chosen? Can't explain it, but I loved that feeling xD

The battling aspect isn't really what I expected, but it won't exactly drive me away, can't wait for some more C! Or it's longer name lol

after some serious complaining about this since i've seen those trailers, this turned out to be the "most amazing" i've seen this season so far, and they've redrawn the "sloppy scenes" shown in the trailers that's why it made it a lot better.

i'm loving Nakamura Kenji directing and artistic sense already and looks like i will be admiring him same w/ Shaft's Shinbo. ^^

first ep is 10/10 for me ^^

I still don't understand what was going on in the beginning with the fighting and what not, but the rest of the episode was pretty good.

That was surprisingly trippy.

Question: Question for Mr. Uchiyama and Ms. Tomatsu: From the materials I got, I can't visualize the battle sequences. You mentioned that there will be action in the show but what will the battle scenes be like? Will they resemble Yu-Gi-Oh!?

MC: There aren't any action sequences in the first episode. They will have action scenes in the next episode, though. I assume that the cast members here have read the script and have an idea of what to expect. Please give us some comments based on what you will record today.

Uchiyama: Kimimaro, who I play, gives orders to Mashu, which Tomatsu-chan plays. Kimimaro has Mashu launch an attack and fight with an opponent's asset.

MC: In other words, in the Financial District, an “Entrepreneur” has the money, and an “Asset” like Mashu is an incarnation of an “Entrepreneur”. Then, the Entrepreneur spends the money and has the asset launch an attack. Whether you win or lose, you get damaged, and you lose money.

Uchiyama: If you lose, you go bankrupt.

MC: If you lose the game and all of your property, you will be evicted from the Financial District. That's the rule.

Tomatsu: You need money for food.

MC: Yes, you need it to survive.

MC: So you fight and save money, and you will be rich. This cycle repeats itself. Simply put, that is the system.

Mr. Nakamura does it again. I was completely glued throughout he whole episode. The CG was really jarring and stood out but I guess I"ll get used to it. Other than that, I loved everything about this episode. And Sakurai in another Nakamura series as an eccentric character is awesome. Definitely looking forward to the rest of the series. Hopefully the rest of it doesn't disappoint.

The premise is very interesting. Although the best thing I like about the episode was the ED. Just wow, the animation is so colorful and nice to look at. And the song was really good too! Good first episode, I shall be keeping my eye on this.
