I just saw it RAW. I understood like 50%. I realized something frightening did I might not have been able to see until this episode. Does anyone who watched this from the beginning think that Himawari is a shadow that wants to drag Watanuki???? I always suspected there was something funny the way things reacted with her around. I still wonder if the Darkness wants to drag him because the parents have been dragged or cause of his involvement???

Himiwari is just a normal human who gives bad luck to people.
Also no Syaoran = fail. :(

Well I always thought that something was going to happen with Himawari-chan. Well, when they did the pink swear and saw it I thought: wtf are you doing to watanuki. She is evil hahah. But maybe she is trying to drag him to the darkness, but I dont think Yuuko let that happen ( well I hope haha)

its unfortunate that someone so nice would be cursed with such a fate....

and the price.....was just too much. but then that just proves watanuki's current worth.

this also explains why she never ever did anything with him no matter what he asked.

Poor Watanuki... This was a good ep though. (And I could listen to Doumeki and Haruka talk all day, lol)

I feel bad for Himawari. She's really not a bad person! :( The last couple eps should be good.

I just saw it subbed. Usually people with such fate have sinned somehow either in the present life or in the past but somehow have to do their attonment on earth. Remember in this anime there are no coincidence but the inevitable. Bad karma does also this should you have another reincarnation. This is like the 2nd or 3rd time Watanuki gets saved by Haruka. You all don't think Himawari payed with her life? Too bad Watanuki does not know any magic, cause I know some that could save Himawari and I wonder what Doumeki paid as price apart from that eye. Ore Mahotsukai! Ja ne!

Himawari is so awesome!!! I love how they animated this, though I almost choked when I heard Yuuko say only two people paid the price. Syoran anyone? I mean, that's like BIG part of holic mystery. And I just love when Doumeki is being all seme. And Watanuki being all uke. I thought I'll have the heart attack from all the sweetness in first half of the episode.

Anyways, Himawari is most definitely not bad. In any way. If anything, she's like uber strong and sweet.

I hope next episode will have some Doumeki/Watanuki touching moments. I live to see those animated.

gah...i had to watch it again just ot make sure.....it seemed to me that himawari was being mean at the end, but maybe she wasnt...

Oh wow. Amazing episode! I was breathless all through the second half. Everything was perfect: the slow buildup of the first half; the sudden shattering of the window and Himawari's scream; the music; and, in particular, the seiyuus. Himawari's especially did a magnificent job.

This episode was pretty good. What really caught my interest was the preview and Himawari's reaction. Can't wait for the next episode! :D

I'm so happy with the way that they animated this. I thought they had the whole atmosphere there. My only complaint is that they didn't include Syaoran, kind of expected that though :\

Poor Himawari, although it was this arc that made her one of my favorite characters. That girl is incredibly strong and I thought that the three of them got alot closer thanks to this arc.

BTW, what's with the awful reviews? I think this series completely OWNS the first one.

Wow, that's the best mystery episode I've seen in a while. Great suspense and cliffhanger at the end, and the pacing was just right.

This was one of the best episodes, without a doubt. Well it was also a great part of the manga, but it's great to see it brilliantly adapted
The pace, the mood, everything feels just right...It's a pretty tense episode and a perfect cliffhanger in the end
Moreover in the last minutes Himawari-chan's art is so beautiful! She seems awsome with that dark look in her eyes

Poor girl, doomed to bring bad luck to those around her... I adore her. When I was reading I always suspected there had to be something going on. She just couldn't be that innocent

I love Haruka, he's that wise character and has an aura like he's the elder, even though he looks so young. It's kinda cool

Wow, great episode! I can't deny the fact that Himawari seemed pretty mean at the end, she doesn't seem to get much better for the next episode either!
