I think picture 1's design is pretty good :)
The only thing is I think you should change the name color to white and blue or something.

I voted for Card #2.
I think it fits the theme of the club better, for one thing xD, and I like how unlike the first one, the picture takes up the entirety of the card, not just a little box in the corner. :)

if this was an I.D. card then #1 would fit the bill. though, seeing as how this is meant to be a member card, then #2 seems more appropriate. i also agree that it fits better with the theme as well.

that aside, they both are well done ^^

second pic, but photoshop it so the girl ts navegating MAL, the first one is CUTEEEEEEEE, but doesn't go too much with the theme of the club, also the colour of the font is kind of eyehard. other than that, both are nice
