So many highlights in this episode:

- the janken part was sooo cute :3
- of course the sausage
- the goat-guy who looks like keima ( Kami nomi zo Shiru Sekai )
....

really enjoyed this episode, can't wait for more awesome animation.
I like the storys with hakase, nano and sakamoto the most.

This show is got damn random but in a fun way and not mind numbing.

Hah, those random bursts of unexpected incidents made me laugh pretty hard.

The resembles with Pani Poni Dash and Azumanga Daioh is very clear the art is the same the atmosphere is the same and the comedy is the same and even the characters are the same.
And i think this will be a very enjoyable tho sometimes odd Anime like those two.

That was some weird ass stuff. I like it.

Marginally better than the OVA, but it's still not more than mildly entertaining at best. I'll give it a couple of episodes to prove itself.

Undoubtedly the best Slice-of-Life anime to air so far this year.

Absolutely stunning animation, totally feels like Azumanga Daioh 2.0 (except handled by a way better studio) with a little but of Yotsuba thrown in there.

though some of the jokes didn't cross the culture barrier (from where i'm standing, at least), i liked the show overall. :D it's weird and subtle (for the most part)

now, maybe it's just me but doesn't the guy with the goat look like keima from TWGOK?

Hit and miss for me so far.
The squid scene --> awesome
Principle scene --> sleepy

Animation as usual is top notch.

This was awesome. Lots of jokes and although not all of them necessarily work the pace prevents it from being boring. The explosion, catching the wiener, the student objecting to not being allowed to ride goats to school and the squid in hair were all hilarious.

I quite liked it. I thought it was much better than the OVA, which I found to be rather boring, and it is going with the manga well, though not necessarily in the same order. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series.

Another thing I'm really liking is the inclusion of a male cast. Some have been quick to dismiss shows with the "cute girls doing cute things" premise, but I really don't see that to be the case with Nichijou.
