I just noticed that the manga Falling has his own page and it treated like a "one shot", but according to this site, it is part of Junji Ito's Museum of Terror, more specifically chapter 3 of the volume "The Face Burglar".

Don't know how correct this information is, I just wanted to point this out, in case a mistake was made.

I think you are correct I have sent this off to be fixed. Though next time instead of starting a new topic please post it in the "Manga DB - Post Modifications/Duplicates Here" thread. Thanks.
