There should have been more Ai. Rose changed a little too late in the anime for my tastes but hopefully it makes an impact on the next episodes (I'm really hoping this show pulls itself out of its rut.)   |

Its a coming of Age Ritual for a dragon to become an adult in their own terms, things get explained in next chapter |

This show is kinda losing it's sense of a main plot, but that's ok. I'll continue watching this show regardless. |

Same here I wonder if there is a little more to the coming of age ritual than simply moving the female dragon into puberty. Early on in the episodes the discussion was that Rose had imprinted on Ryuji when she hatched, it looks to me like this was a booster shot for that imprinting, and also a moving to the next step in sexualizing the relationship. This leads to a couple of questions: 1. Do dragons mate for life? 2. Sapphie certainly seemed obsessed with Onyx, does he feel the same way about her, or is he attempting to build a harem of his own? In my next life I want to collide at the corner with the cute transfer student carrying a piece of toast in her mouth......rodac Must...not...feed...trolls.... |

I agree, I was just thinking about how much more mediocre this show has become. At first I at least enjoyed watching it, but now I pretty much just want to skip through the episodes just to finish the series. |

A new character was introduced. We find out that Onyx is still alive. We see that dragons have their own ritual to enter adulthood which is a character development (Rose and Ryuuji). The episode ends with a new turn of events regarding Onyx breaking into that library-looking place. Pretty damn good for a ~20 min episode. I don't think this anime deserves less than it's current score. It should be close to a 8/10 at least. Anyways, moe factor or Rose has increased. Oh yeah and thank effing god for crunchyroll. I was watching half the episode raw with no subs until I realized it was on crunchyroll. No plot movement but still watchable. The final episode boss most likely will be Onyx again imho. |

More of same. Enjoyable but nothing amazing. Okay. Pleasant. Do like hormonal Rose, maybe she'll become a stroppy teen emo, dye her hair and cut herself when she runs out of ice cream? Anyways, series almost over now, two to go?  |
