 (Yes, you go it, we have one ;P) Welcome, welcome, it's me again, the one who likes making all these long explenations for such simple matters. (and making lots and lots of spelling mistakes) But not this time - because this here is something very, very important! Starting today, we the Kuroshitusji Central staff have decided that there should be a Club Newsletter. As you may all already know, the mass-message system is down, and before this happened, it was our way of speaking to the members. Now, we have to search for alternative methods with which to spread the news about our club! But! before sending out the newsletter, we need people who send the newsletter out. This is also what this thread is for - because we need volunteers to help distribute the newsletter! (read on for more info) But mainly, to make everyone's lives easier, this thread was created for members to sign up to recieve the newsletter, so that everyone can get updates regarding our club :) If you wish to help... Tell us! Yes, firstly, that's all we really need. Volunteers. As for how much work has to be done, the basic logic works - the more people sign up, the less work there will be for everyone. We're looking for people to help deliver a newsletter to those who've signed up for it. There are quite a few members who've signed up for the newsletter, and so we need people who are willing to help out. You'll get the newsletter message first, so that you will not miss out on the news either. :) This is a smaller, but regular job. This job's pretty open at the moment. It may be a regular or irregular Newsletter, so while we'd like it if everyone signed up for a regular position, we all have lives so if we talk about it, we can make things a bit easier if something is to happen. If something does happen and you are unable to deliver anymore, please send one of the staff a message, we will understand :) When the newsletter is made, one of the staff will send you a code which you'll have to send out to your designated members. More on this when you apply for help. To sign up for help fill this in: Name: Current Position: are you already a member of staff or a volunteering member? Job: delivering newsletter to members who have signed up How much free time do you have? Be honest. If it's not that much, say so. When will you deliver? Certain times during weekday, weekends, one day/two days per week, etc. Number of messages: We'd like it if you could take up at least 90 members. Type of message: There is now an option for recieving the newsletter via comment or PM, are you alright with both or do you prefer to work only with one? (yes, there are people who've signed up and prefer to recieve the newsletter through comments) If you wish to subscribe... Say it. Just as simple. (and one small question) If you're signing up to send, you don't need to subscribe since we'll make sure you know what's going on in the club. If you want to recieve the newsletter copy and paste this into your reply: Name: I wish to recieve the newsletter. Recieve by: PM/comment on profile Please don't change anything in this format. This includes it's color, size, and especially it's alighnment. It's much to easy to skip it if it's not aligned to the left. Signups are OPEN! Ellenna here, and I wish to received newsletter~ ;D Too bad that I couldn't help you with sending them though, since my internet connection is extremely slow and it will take a lot of time to send one comment to one person :o Sorry >.<  |

Name: PoeticShadow Current Position: Volunteering member Job: Delivering first (bulk) mass-comment How much free time do you have?: I'm currently on a two week holiday so for now I'm pretty free, and Im always on my laptop ^^ When will you deliver?: Most probably weekdays, but not at night as my internet connections gets slower. Number of messages: Not sure about 90, but I could try out 40? And add more people from there If heaven is a place where the angels go, then I guess we're going straight to hell. |
