Americans are rich lol, no wonder they are a super power of this world

Iunno man. They are nearly 600 trillion dollars in debt to China. And China is now fucking around with the exchange rate because of it.

Recession? hell with that.
Why are you watching the S2 of the anime that you loathe?
¬‿¬ And give the suggestions board some love please.

An idea similar to my suggestion here got implemented but because of another guy. But I get to enjoy its benefits. So I Got That Goin' For Me, Which is Nice.

I would like to buy it, but $300 is too much. lol

Being so innocent as it is, a really really erotic scene in Kimi ni Todoke would be a french kiss between Sawako and Kazehaya?

Wow dude, are you wrong. America is 17 trillion dollars in debt right now. In fact, our country practically belongs to China, LOL.

But anyways, back to the topic. Whoa am I surprised that those box sets actually sold, let alone sold out! :O

I wonder how many of them were from people who pre-ordered it and then couldn't back out when they realized they were terrible Q-TEC upscales?

Good thing I didn't buy this...I would be incredibly disappointed in purchasing over 300 dollars worth of lousy upscales.

No. No, no, NO NOOO!
Thank you losers with money to burn, you're telling them it's ok to charge such a ridiculous price. You wanna know why anime is so damn expensive? Because you idiots continue to buy it anyways! Vote with your wallets people...

This is a rare case of me being happy I DID not like the movies as much as everyone else. If I had I'd be beating myself up over not buying this.

Oh, and it's more than $300 to everyone who keeps saying $300. If I remember correctly the retail price is actually $600.

Lol. The only DVDs I've ever purchased where the Ghibli movies.

Maybe in 2 years time, I'll have a job, a credit card, a TV and a Blu-Ray player so that I can buy the anime I like.

One wonders what the Kara no Kyoukai print run was. If they printed like 150 sets, it wouldn't have been that hard to sell out.

Except most anime is not priced like that for comparable amounts of runtime. Considering that the going rate for new TV series releases these days is ~$60 (MSRP, before typical retailer markdowns) for 13 eps, the KnK set is roughly 3 times more expensive than the norm -- a clear outlier.

$300 still too much if you ask me. Even seven single DVDs at $25 a pop wouldn't amount to that.

Yes. There's gonna be a WWIII in 2012 because of the anime industries in USA
