| loved it very great start. using the kite model but as a girl instead made me laugh just a little on the inside. overall i cant make anymore judgements till the subs come out. till then peace *goes back to spaming refresh button* |
| great start! the empathy of the first half was not able to be done because I did not play any game. but i was completely drawn in to the story at the latter half . anyway,the animation was totally awesome. and hanazawa too 5/5 |

| Woot~ I think they did so much better balancing the suspense & "introduction stuff" this time than the other .hack animes....imo. Way to leave it off at a cliffhanger though [oh noes Mary!] Though she appears relatively fine in the next ep preview....maybe.... Can't wait for the next ep...looks like we got a history lesson on the dothackers? =o |

| Well, it seems sge is still a lost one through the next episode. I guess Tobias and Sakuya (forgotten the RL names) are researching about the causes of her coma. I also really want to know more about Sophia(?) (the dark woman who "kills" Mary ar the end of 01). But at first I want to watch it again with subs, since I didn't understand everything, especially not what Pi(?)/Shamrock (the Aina clone) was saying. |

| I've never been wild about the .Hack series, but this looks alright. Better than that last version they did. And of course, a coma victim. Didn't see that one coming. I'm being sarcastic obviously. But i do like this Sakuya chick. Real genki and all that. And the little cat dude. Why did they kill the little cat dude? |

| Loved it. (read on, spoiler free) + OVA production values, cheek MMO humor us mmo'ers can /smirk to, better than average BGMs/character archetypes. I also dig the real world setting. Fans of .hack can feel the nostalgia to the world as well-- i just keep getting amazed at how they bring 'the world' to life with each newer rendition. (sign, G.U/roots.) - Typical .hack trope, like someone else said, saw the 'shocker' from a mile away--also predicted who'd be the victim as well. Nice cast of VAs; all i can say is that for now I think it was fresh and easy, but a lot of .hack franchise take nose dives when it gets serious--to the point that it makes me wonder how it'd be if they had a chance to portray a 'casual gamer life' exposition before the 'mysteries' kick in. |

| K-On meets .hack//. That was weird but really good, with crisp animation and art, great characters interaction and a fantastic mood shift in the latter part and of course, the cliffhanger. I didn't expect Quantum to be this good after the disapointing Roots and Legend of the Twilight etc... (GU was good though). |

| That was good. Really really good. I'm glad to see that my hopes have not been ill-placed in this. Everything about it was awesome, I'm so so looking forward to the second episode! I almost wish it was longer, but then that would deter from the quality and everything. I'll just sit here and be happy with what I've got. :V |

| Looks really good. Definately the best .Hack since //sign loved their avatars being copies of Kite, Black Rose, and Balmung. Hopefully with the one girl out (name escapes me), we'll get an Orca look alike added to complete the Azure Knights ;) |

| Never watched a .hack series before, was a bit wary going but I enjoyed it a lot. Animation was beautiful and I like all the characters so far. Definitely intrigued on the series as a whole now. |
