Do you go around proclaiming TTGL is the magnum opus of anime? Or that everything Gainax makes is amazing and perfect? If not, then you're a cool bro. And as much as I hate to judge things without watching them, I absolutely refuse to watch something like Subaru. Now, BACK TO THE SPECULAH/WHY CAN'T IT BE THURSDAY YET?. Made me lool~ On a serious matter about magic power levels, Madoka is somehow "stronger" than everyone else as others and Kyubey see "her potential". I believe this will play a major role later on. And maybe perhaps Homura had potential in the alternate/past timeline but became less powerful when she traveled to Madoka's timeline. |

I don't mean to be rude, but I think this goes without saying, as I'm 99.99% (repeating of course) sure that that's the entire reason the series is centered on Madoka as the protagonist and not someone else.
