Anyone who's seen Index-tan 1 or 2 should be able to tell from the screenshot that the entire parody will last 2-4 SECONDS. Seems like a big reaction for something so small ;)     |

well, I really lol'd when Ika Musume parody. I've see many fanarts about Index and Ika, but I never thought for a second it will be official parody :p well, it's still J.C staff's fault.  |

Japan hardly has lax copyright laws, doujinshi just makes it past the law due to its overall effect on the manga market (i.e. bringing in new manga-kas and artists into the business). If a manga-ka finds a doujinshi manga that he does not like that uses his own intellectual content, he can still sue the doujinshi artists under breach of copyright law and easily win. If you take anime seriously, you're autistic. |
