It felt so much rushed. And finally I am giving a 4/5 which had 10 straight 5/5 before this episode. Can't wait for DVD only releases of episode 12-15, and might reconsider giving it higher than 9/10. So, Cheikosho-dono's okaa-sama won't sell it anyways, but good to see they tried to pull something off and it sure gave Tsukimi some good memories. Anyways, it didn't have those wonderful feel about the episodes before, but sure loved the moment Kuranosuke blushing after saying what he was supposed to say anyways :D I am happy though, since Noitamina always makes sequels of their anime, which has open ended ending. So I am positive about a second season. :) Modified by shanimebib, 01-05-11, 1:01 AM |

I personally felt it was a bit too rushed... Too many Deus-ex machinas, blegh. A second season is absolutely needed though |

The Amas were horrible, annoying, flat, unsympathetic supporting caricatures. Tsukimi was pretty cute but very typical. It was obvious that she could easily be transformed into a princess, at least physically. The plan to make enough money to buy a housing complex by selling dresses and stuffed dolls was ridiculously stupid. I didn't think their jellyfish dress was pretty or special in any way. Kuranosuke was alright I guess. It still feels like he's wedged himself in with the Amas for an amusing detour from his regular life, and not because he genuinely cares for any of them (except maybe Tsukimi) - though I suppose developing sympathy for characters characterized only by their hobbies is a bit too much to ask. |

.......they seriously messed up the last /three/ minutes of it. i was gonna give this a 10 but i'll give it a 9 for the vague ending. i still enjoyed the show, it's just sad how it had to get really crappy in the finale out of all the episodes. ;o; i'll love kuranosuke forever, he's so moe. o///////o |

Definitely did not feel like an ending to me, I was so disappointed when it just like ended like that. I hope they add a second season to it. They really should. <img src="http://signavatar.com/16459_s.gif" /> |

This anime was so much fun! Light-hearted, encouraging, a perfect pick-me-up kind of anime :) Here's hoping for a second season!! |

I hope this has a second season. I like the way it ended, but it left a lot unresolved. A lot of characters still have a long way to go. I was waiting for the nuns to show some gratitude towards Kuranosuke for all he's done for them, but sadly they remained the same judgmental, shameless, lazy, ungrateful neets they were from the very beginning. I find it a shame because they were fun characters, very entertaining to watch when they were around each other. Even Inari was able to improve her attitude. Although I'm still not a fan of her, I wouldn't mind seeing how she and Shuu change because of each other. I kept going back and forth between TsukimixShuu and TsukimixKura, but I decided that TsukimixKura would be best in the end. He's the one who reached out to her, changed her, and made her realize how "beautiful" she really was. Shuu could learn to love the real Tsukimi, but I think it would be more beneficial to Shuu's character than to Tsukimi's. TsukimixKura is mutually beneficial. It doesn't necessarily need a continuation, it concludes Tsukimi's character quite well in my opinion, but I feel like the other characters weren't given enough attention and the ending just made me wish there was more. |

Open-ended, hrm. Second season please! Funny, nice slice of life, great depiction of otaku. Good music and animation. Wasn't a fan of the love triangle but that looks like it's cooled off and we'll get a Kuranosuke/Tsukimi pairing (if we get a pairing at all). Could have done more with plot and characterisation, though. The first couple of episodes were a lot slower than the last, which felt rushed. A longer season (or tighter editing of episodes) would have helped sort things out. Am giving this a 6/10 for heart. |

Chibisah said: Anyway, I was pretty satisfied with the ending. It was JUST open-ended enough that it can hold out on its own, without making us die waiting for a second season. That's exactly what I thought. But I do hope for a second season, and for Tsukimi to finally fall for the sweetheart that is Kuranosuke x3 I was pretty sure he'd be your standard, a little bitchy, bossy (well, he is, but in a motivational way, not treating everyone like shit way), tsundere lead that gets jealous over the heroine and stops talking to her because of this about three times an episode. He really is adorable, and so is Tsukimi, for that matter. Overall, a great series :D Exceeded my expectations. noitaminA ftw. TEQUILA! - If you believe this place holds you, it is a prison. If you do not wish to leave, it will become a fortress. Current icon: Kusuriuri from Mononoke by pana (LJ username) |

If Tsukimi had made out with Kuranosuke for like TWO seconds, I would have been fine. But that didn't happen. Now I gotta hope and wait and be patient for it to happen. And I hate being patient. Just gimme a second season and remedy this. |

this is the best underrated anime ever! seriously! but the end was open ended....i hope there's a season 2 bt it seems unlikely...guess i'll just read the manga then..for some reason...i dont mind if tsukimi ends up with either kuranosuke or shuu...bt im leaning more on kuranosuke....even though he's a cross dresser... ;p |
