Kimono] Claiming Rules: Members can claim 1 character! Admins – 3 characters Creator – 5 characters Characters claimed by creator and admins are not counted, that is if they are not crossed out from the Master List. Banner Rules: #1. Banners made members must be post in the "Banners Made by Members" thread. #2. Banner size must be between 200x100 and 200x125 pixels. #3.
