| well, for those living in penang, bad news since the PM just defered the outer ring road(new penang bridge) and the monorail project. Though they said they are just reviewing it and not cancelling it, i doubt it'll be implemented anytime soon as for those in selangor, ur not getting the free water (for low consumers) thanks to syabas |
