Not bad, I'm always game for learning more about characters' pasts. Garterbelt was a real peace of work wasn't he? As for part two, I enjoyed it in its own special way. Thanks to part one I have a better understanding why the angels follow his lead. One of the reasons is because he can kick their asses. I just loved the last shot of them all bloated on the couch. HA! XD |

| Second part was genius. One of the best parts of this show. How did they manage in all the insanity this anime has to actually give you the idea of a night at home i don't know but they did it. First part was mediocre but i liked the Scarface parody. Too bad they didn't make him go down epically by shooting around and shouting am the king and staff. |

| Part B was impressively boring. I wonder if they were trolling us, or if there was actually a point? It would be a good commentary on the slice of life genre, if the point is that an actual realistic slice-of-life would be boring as hell, but I felt like there was actually some point to this that I'm just not deciphering. |

| First part was genius, showing Garterbelt being alive for all time, loved the Scarface refence too but I wanted an engrish.. "Sai Haro to mai reara fuukin' frehn'!" Ahh, that would have been genius! Well. was good and part two was sublime! I nearly spat my coffee all over my computer when at the beginning, Panty was watching tv, flicking through the channels. One with some ero noise coms on and the english sound effect that wafts across the screen just says 'A COCK SUCKER'. Wow. How far will this show go to not give a fuck? Very far it seems. |

| Episode was great! First half was alright, it was pretty cool seeing Garterbelt's Journey through time, and also lol at that scarface reference! 2nd half was hilarious! All that time waiting for lunch? Damn! They ordered everything they could because they were so starving, and then wind up regretting it because they ate too much lol. Well, only 2 episodes left, what will happen? I will watch to find out! |

| I am really not sure what to think about this anymore. I'm starting to think Gainax is just screwing with my head now. An entire (half-)episode in the same room? You better make the final episode an epicly animated chase and fight scene > ~ < The writing of part two was good - it was nice to see Panty and Stocking interact like that. It does show how one-dimensional these characters are, though: there really isn't much to write about with these characters! Lastly, did they just break my belief that Stocking is asexual? :( I'm just going to believe that she lies about her sex life. There, hah! |

| This was a very strange episode. Wasn't crazy about the first half. Even though it was a much more coherent short. I just didn't care about Garterbelt's origin. And it was kind of weird and half assed anyway. Plus a little racist if I can say so without being crucified. To top it all off it continued the show's weird fixation on BDSM. Not its strongest short, that's for sure. The second one was also really weird. I'm not sure I'd even argue it was that good. But it was weird in an interesting way. It was very different both for the series and just in general. I'm not sure what the point was still. Beyond trying to construct a banter driven, slice of life short. But it kind of worked for me. Because we don't see Panty and Stocking have many prolonged interactions. At least where they're not shouting and calling each other bitches. So this was kind of nice. |

| First half wasn't too bad. At least we know what Garterbelt was like. Typical gangstar in NYC :P Also, he literally went to all phases of time. This guy has a patience of steel! I could never endure let's say being trump in a casket at Egypt for hundreds of years. Also, he's into S&M XD 2nd half was mad boring. I was actually doing the same thing Panty and Stocking was doing. Lazying around and lying in bed. I was like, WTF is Garterbelt taking so long to cook! Last 2 episodes T__T |
| Very good and oddly refreshing episode as a whole. I found the 2nd half of the episode to be incredibly cathartic, like listening to a podcast between the two of them before random shit starts to happen while waiting for Garterbelt the entire time. The fact that they're just talking without the craziest shit happening for a while as the camera feels propped up in one position IS the interesting part and I thought that was really interesting for a show that explodes with chaos every single time from the getgo; plus more interactions between the sisters being sisters is dope as hell. The first part knowing Garterbelt's story was good too but man that guy's got some extreme fetishes over the years, jeez. |

| Another banger episode. Garterbelts backstory was neat! He is an immortal man and throughout all of the mankind's suffering, he has been left with a BDSM fetish. It makes sense to me. Panty and Stocking relaxing for the second part was cool too. I felt the last episode was a bit lacking on their dialogue anyways! So going the opposite of the spectrum was neat for a change. |
