After him jumping around like a character straight out from DBZ in ep 7, you'dve thought Touma finally gotten the drill. WHY CAN'T HE JUST UNDERSTAND THAT HE NEEDS TO STFU AND USE HIS RIGHT HAND? I agree, Toma's rather dumb… for example why not just run and touch all the poles to be safe? it would be faster and make more sense to do that.. Also, what’s up with the high level security with the guy guarding there with a hand scan device? A bit much for a middle school competition isn’t it? |

| Stiyl reminded me of the "self-torture" ruse loool. To some extent, I would agree that Touma needs less talking and use his right hand more, cause that's what's he's good for lol. I mean even Stiyl and Tsuchimikado push his ass in front of magical attacks so he can block them, much to Touma's objection LOLOLOL I do agree that Touma coulda just tapped all the poles, but at least he was smart enough to push Misaka out of harm's way. Decent episode. |

| Wow, Touma really sucks at explaining things. I guess that whole sequence ending with Big Boobs-chan (forgot her name) getting hurt was supposed to give him the motivation to get serious about taking down that magician woman; but it just ended up feeling really contrived. |

| Touma probably needs to hit that shred of paper with the spell, not the pole. Still he could have simply run to each pole and look for it, and even more so when he saw something written.. Also, why are Styl and Tsuchimikado even the only ones there? While normally Kanzaki would be around too, it would still only be three people, and it's not like the item in question is a surprise, they knew well before. Laura Stuart, the archbishop of the Church of England even talked with Aleister. Yet neither the Church nor Academic City have dispatched additional people. Tsuchimikado is after all studying there, and Styl is almost always in Academic City because of Index. Both Judgement and Anti-Skill is used to deal with espers, any Level 3+ esper is more dangerous than what Oriana showed so far. Judgement is made up from students, and Anti-Skill is just the regular police force. Not to speak of secret, or at least barely known security organizations. Some surely even know how to deal with magicians in particular. If you take a closer look, a lot of things don't really make sense, but whatever, more action for Touma, Misaka and co. |

The only ones that can deal with Oriana now is Styil because he is a magician and "just happened to be there" because he is friends with Touma who isnt classified as a true esper and so he can deal with magicians too(just like in the deep blood arc) and Tsuchimikado is a double(or more) spy. Laura cant really sent a bunch of magicians in AC without causing trouble with the Catholic Church and the Orthodox Church.That is why those 2 and Touma are the only ones that they can sent. Aleister cant sent Judgement or Anti Skill or underground organizations for the same reason.IF a magician is wounded or killed by an esper or the authorities of AC then it would lead to a war They are lucky that the previous incident with Sherry didnt cause any injuries or deaths and was easy to cover up. |
| Man, this was a great episode. Styil and Tsuchimikado were so cool this time around. The OST was awesome as well. At these moments TMNI really picks up and entices me to think that it gets as good as TKNR. |

| Awwwn, embarrassed Misaka was so cute :3 Touma is so oblivious... He have the harem MC syndrom. Touma annoyed me on the assault scene and Stiyl action. Why was he mad that they were asking him to nullify the spells, it's the only he can do. Also, Stiyl basically accepted without reticence Tsukimikado plan, so it was annoying to see him getting all upset about it. It is the only plan possible, stop whining. Tsukimikado is so cool with his sunglasses. He has such a mysterious aura. |

| Is it first time we see Motoharu in action on our side?.. Well, he kinda helped before with Touma's dad.. Even if we didn't know that till the end, so it feels different.. He destroyed house which was causing troubles with Feng Shui, lol.. So.. Mages also can write grimoires?.. Or some kind of mages, with specialization or something.. 200 VS 20.. lol.. | First half was great as we get to see how dedicated Tsuchimikado and Stiyl are at their jobs, even better than the LN with the reduced scenetime here The second half though, Touma could have just said "Hey Misaka can you get away from the pole" or something like that gdi, rip Fukiyose though |
