The Admins have to keep thinking of tournaments to keep this club interesting and active. Now, problem is it's ONLY the ADMINS that come up with these ideas. The admins have troubles thinking of ideas. Also the variation the Admins can think of are limited. What I'm saying is, in short, it's better to think with more brains than fewer brains. Importantly, I believe this may encourage more members to interact in this club and contribute their ideas. Otherwise, it wouldn't be fair for the members to see that the admins are making majority of the decisions in the club. This doesn't mean that the members are only restricted to think of the subjects of tournaments like "The Cutest Character of Anime." It is also encouraged that the members can recommend the structure of the tournament; for example, 1 vs 1 poll or or everyone versus everyone poll. Come on members! Come out of your shells, your winter hibernation, or whatchamacallits and make those ideas come to fruition! There are characters with multiple transformations. It wouldn't be such a fair match for a character with fewer transformations because it means then that a character with many transformation (such as Erza from Fairy Tail) has a more likely chance of taking part in the tournament.
