If that's the title of the OVA then it could be just about Ayumu before he became a zombie. I would much more prefer if this OVA would be what happens after the last episode.

Killed by a serial killer and revived as a zombie is not your normal story line. The same character fighting as a mahou shoujo (masou shoujo in reality, which is a play on words) is beyond abnormal! LOL!
