I'm still kind of disappointed that Zakuro just falls for the other Lt so easily.
Other than that it was an interesting episode, the twins are great.

So there is more behind Zakuro then she herself thought, which explains why a group is after her.
The question still remaining is what is this reason and what does her mother have to do with it.
This Anime is getting better with each episode wonder if it can keep this up.

This was a good episode. Those twins are stronger than they look. I wonder why their branches don't turn into a knife?

I find Otome Youkai Zakuro quite entertaining(explaining the high score on my list). And I say this after 5 episodes already.
The love between Zakuro and the lt. never existed. She was purely infatuated with admiration for him. This episode showed where Zakuro's true base, true pylon is. The action felt a bit rushed. If this is going to be a 12 episode series, it's completely understandable, but still, it fills a bit rushed.
All in all, good episode and can't wait for the next one, because things are getting interesting.

Hoozuki and Bonbori are the kind of ladies I want to be drunk with, so cute and loveable even when drunk (more so when drunk).

Zakuro surely is a badass.
Seiously why did they employ Ganryuu in such a serious business? He seemed like a complete wuss during the fight.
The twins♥ are defnitely my fav now, apart from Zakuro.
...and the exorcism twins's song just doesn't get old.

I guess that this will be a 12-episode anime because of the pace and the current volume of original manga is only 5 (or 6?).

Anyway, this anime is really good and quite entertaining. Hope JC Staff will keep this up until the end :)

I don't think he was a complete wuss, actually. He did want to fight and protect his twins, but he just got held back by them, as they were scared he couldn't handle it,that's why he ran away after the fight had ended with that 'angry' look on his face, that most characters do when they feel misunderstood. ('Because I WANTED to protect you'!)

He couldn't even swing his sword (before he was held back) because of fear and of course he would be pissed. Being protected by two girls is embarrassing you know.

I wanna take the twins home dammit!

Looks like this series will be 24-26 ep long...gawd damn, my body is ready for each and every ep!

To be fair I think he is more frustrated with himself. He stepped up and got shaken so easily. One small attack and he was down the corpses only adding to his panic. Then he got protected and could only watch as Bonbori was injured. If it hadn't seemed like he needed to be protected they might have been able to handle it without Bonbori getting hurt. But yeah I'm sure his pride has been hurt by this. Though I'm not sure how that's going to be resolved since he really doesn't seem that good in a fight.

Maybe Ganryuu will become tech support lol

But i really like the twins now since they are more than just silly girls. They are rrly compassionate and caring too. They would rather sacrifice themselves than see someone they care about get hurt. *siiiiigh.

And the other two couples are just to die for. I can hear the wedding bells chiming in the distance lol

Really great episode! One thing I didn't quite get though.. the scene where the girls came out after putting on those dresses for the evening party. Why did Riken look away from Susukihotaru?
