How does work with fiddle's drain??

It resets its timer.
the damage doesnt stack,just lasts longer.

OKAY i got questions i wondered for a while.

1) What are the borders/frames around the players mean? I know it has something to do with the ranking, but i'm not sure if it only applies to ranked team or solo/duo rank. And what elo do i get each color framed at?

2) The RIBBONS, i've seen green ribbons and red ribbons. I know green is for teamwork while red is a good opponent. But is it possible to change from a red to a green? Cause i have more points on teamwork than good opponent. Yet i have a red ribbon

3) Which items stack on LoL? Before i only knew black cleavers stacked (i know they don't anymore), i just wanted to know which ones can actually stack other than infinity edge, bloodthirster, warmogs, phantom dancer and death cap.

4) what is the max number of rune pages and mastery pages one account can have?

I will leave the 1st 2nd question for who know better than me and I will answer the 3rd and 4th questions.

3rd: the items effect can be unique or normal ,unique means it wont stack with the same item with the same name but the static will stack, for example: Abyssal Scepter effect "70 Ability Power, 45 Magic Resistance. UNIQUE Aura: Reduces the Magic Resist of nearby enemy champions by 20."

Now if you buy 3 Abyssal Scepter you will get 70*3 AP ,45*3 MR but the the UNIQUE Aura will only apply once so you will reduce the the MR of an opponent by only 20 even though you bought 3 of the item.

BTW the passive of infinity edge ,warmog and death cap is unique means it wont stack .you will only get the stats.


4th question : the runes max pages are 20 and the masteries are 20 pages.

1) the borders/frames around the players means that they achieved silver/gold/platinum or diamond elo in ranked games in season 2
im not 100% sure if it was displaying the highest achieved from across the ranked and solo results

2) as for the ribbons there are 4 + blue and yellow for friendly and helpful honorable ppl but its hard to achieve
the green is also pretty hard sometimes even if u got 3x more teamwork honors compared to honorable opponent u still dont get it
cuz the teamwork is most common given honor and so many players got alot of them (and there is limited amount of ribbons as i've heard so only those with the hightest amount of honor of that kind get them)
whats strange is that if u get to see ppl with red ribbons u will get to see them in ranked / normals
or if u want to see something like green or yellow go play bots all day >.> there u dont get any honor from opponent but instead many many friendly and teamworks for no reason
