According to Gundam.info, the Blu-ray and the DVD of Mobile Suit Gundam 00 The Movie: A Wakening of the Trailblazer will be released on December 25th. refs. premiere dates and Blu-ray/DVD release dates of recent anime movies Suzumiya Haruhi no Shoushitsu: Premiered on Feb 6th 2010 -> To be released on Dec 8th 2010 Gintama: Shinyaku Benizakura-hen: Premiered on Apr 24th 2010 -> To be released on Dec 15th 2010 Fate/stay night: Unlimited Blade Works: Premiered on Jan 23rd 2010 -> Released on Sep 30th 2010 Macross Frontier: Itsuwari no Utahime: Premiered on Nov 21st 2009 -> Released on Oct 7th 2010 Mobile Suit Gundam 00 The Movie: A Wakening of the Trailblazer: Premiered on Sep 18th 2010 -> To be released on Dec 25th 2010 The box office income of the movie in Japan has reached 685 million yen ($8.5million, 88scr, 5weeks). Is 685m yen good or bad? I'm not familiar with box office rankings in Japan. And I'm surprised it's 3 months instead of the usual 6-8 months. |

Why so late? I thought they already aired it even in the States with English subs, the movie should be nearly done. Oh well, not that long from now. A Christmas present to look forward too.  |

I wonder if they'll be releasing it with English subs... Would be cool, and not particularly surprising if they did. It did pretty well in theaters it seems, even for an anime. |
