| The first half's potty humour was a bit over the top, this is coming from someone who didn't mind the scene in Gintama that was similar to The Human Centipede. The animation is appealing though even with its cartoony art style. The live action scenes were great xD Holy shit, the fucking dub is fucking good as fucking fuck. This is very over the top, making it entertaining. |

| Rewatching this again but this time in subs. The show's still crazy and unapologetic as I remembered, my only probem is that it's going to take me some time getting used to the japanese voices. (sub purists/dub haters are probably raising their eyebrows right now lol) I remember the first time I tried watching this series but ended giving up in like the first few seconds, thinking it was bad xD...Thank god I gave it another chance. |

| Part of me thought this show was a little stupid. I don't know what I expected but it definitely wasn't what I got. But I really like Panty and Stocking. Its animation is really creative and the music is great as expected. The art style seems like a bizarre parody of Gendy Tartakovsky and Jhonen Vasquez and it works. I've never seen an anime quite like this one before, and while I didn't think it was perfect I'm excited to see the rest. |

| That was crazy. Fast-paced action, dynamic western animation, good music and the transformation scene was amazing. I definitely prefered the second half over the first one, even though I thought I would prefer the first one about shit much more. Between the girls, Panty seemed like the main point in 1st and 2nd half, I hope next episode will be more Stocking-centered. I look forward to the next episodes. I hope it will be worth it. |

| Finally started this! Been listening to the OST for about 6-8 months now. Better late than never eh? I love Panty & Stockings. Panty is funny! It's amazing how the show doesn't shy away with its vulgarity and is up front about sex. Even Panty is open about sleeping with men on a whim. This is more in line with Puffy Amy Yumi, but take the vulgarity to a whole new level! Can't wait for more episodes! |

| I'm 20 years old, rewatching this show after 3 and a half years, and I was just having the absolute time of my life watching the first episode of this even though its just full of 10 year old humor (this show was way ahead of its time since it feels like its written in 2020 rather than 2010 with the kind of humor it uses in the dub). It's crude, it's rude, but it lifted my damn mood for sure. The English dub is outstanding and perfect for a show like this with the perfect VA choices for Panty and Stocking respectively, the music is pure awesome (especially during the whole transformation scenes with the panties and stocking turning to weapons), the visual direction is stellar and I love that Imaishi and Gainax went for the Powerpuff Girl-like artstyle to mix with such a fucked up toilet/sex humor show like this to make this absurd show even more wacky and crazy. From shit monsters, to ghosts possessing vehicles with panties stuck on their head in a high speed chase for the ages, this show is just fucking wild on acid and I love it. It's definitely not for everyone and can be either awesome or so stupid and illogical that it's boring (like how I felt when watching FLCL). I won't rewatch it all at once, will take my time with 1-2 episodes a day just to enjoy myself for as long as possible and not drain myself by forcing to see the entire thing at once, so I'll see it along with another show. Still though, what a fucking start and hoping the rest of the show is good like this. Imaishi strikes again with the creatively absurd. |

| I initially watched this episode subbed, and I didn't enjoy it very much. But after reading about how great the dub is from other responses in this thread, I rewatched it dubbed and I must say it made me love the show so much more! I'm not sure why, but I found all the funny scenes funnier and the characters much more likeable in the dub. This is probably the only show I've seen so far where I can say with 100% affirmation I think the dub is better than the sub! |

| HOLLY COWS. This is the coolest thing I've ever seen. Is this even anime? Damn, I believe this show is one among those sitting atop the uniqueness hierarchy of anime based the animation and style of this first episode alone. How can an anime adapt the Western cartoon style and work so well? The soundtracks, voice acting are fun and energetic throughout, I can't stop grinning while watching this episode. Incredible. |

| This is lovingly stupid. xd The giant swarms of hyper-aggressive cops are way funnier to me than they should be. Love the art style! It reminds me a lot of My Life as a Teenage Robot, which I always thought looked cool. It's also nice to see something like this be made for an older audience. What on Earth is Gir from Invader Zim doing here, though??? Poor thing got lobotomised (again). |

| I personally don't have any strong feelings toward Episode B, but Episode A is what got me curious about this show in the first place. Not the best by any means, but it made a good first impression with me. I feel like I might personally skip Episode B if I rewatch - who knows? |
| Watching it in dubbed, probably one of, if not the most famous dub in anime. It feels like it belongs in company with the some of the Adult Swim programs that have aired over the years. Very crude and slapstick humor, hit or miss with the jokes and dialogue, but the execution is usually pretty good, especially when it's in English (funnier references or explaining the obvious punchline sort of thing, etc). I have feeling the excessive amount of swearing was get stale though. It's like if Marvel became far more cruder, but kept their comedic one liners, that's Panty & Stocking lol |
