As everyone knows, MAL is going through some rough times with database replication issues. I want to assure everyone that we're trying our best to resolve these problems and have methods in place to combat them. We've implemented a load balanced setup and are tweaking it to respond to sync issues. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope everyone understands we're definitely trying to get stuff fixed.

On the fixing note, I've pushed out a number of updates. Details below:

- Mangalist: Priority column should display for all statuses now
- Mangalist: Priority column should sort properly
- Animelist: Sorting by episode count should work properly again
- Grand totals for Anime/Manga lists fixed and should display again
- Anime/Manga lists "Days" watched/read number fixed for each category
- Anidb import should work again
- What's Being Watched removed from Anime page. Will hopefully come back in the future. This has been replaced with more recent reviews/recs (same for Manga page)
- Merging of anime/manga and removing of series should correctly merge or remove the relative entries and reviews.
- Animelist: Fixed issue with clicking the "+" and it displaying the edit episode # input box.
- Individual Anime/Manga episode/chapter history should be able to be removed now. Editing capabilities for each individual episode/chapter have been removed (this data was only saved a month anyway.)
- Manga info pages should remember when you choose to view friends stats

To bad, it's actually pretty useful option. It was possible to remove by editing so it's kind of step backwards. But other fixes are most welcome.

Awesome, finally stuff happening. Stuff I noticed right away:
Total Days Watched still displays nothing (at least for me).
On my Grand Totals I have a mean score of 12.3.
"Stats" page on anime entries can't sort entries of friends/everyone anymore.

Good work, though. It's nice to have stuff happen.

Awesome! I was so surprised (but pleased) when I updated something on my list and that input box didn't pop up.

Now hopefully you can figure out an easier way to remove ghost entries or (?) entries from profile stats. :|

Quick note: Grand Totals for Mean Score and Score Deviation are showing additive values of Watching/Completed/On-Hold/Dropped instead of averages, but it's great to have the Grand Totals back. ^^

I'm so glad to hear that those things on the list have been fixed. ^^ Hopefully all of the other things will be fixed soon as well. I know everyone here on MAL has been feeling the lag...^^;

This was an intentional change. We're trying to retain functionality while making the site run smoother at the same time. It sorts by most recent update for all members and alphabetical for friends. Hopefully this won't inconvenience anyone too much :)

It's great to see some fixes pushed through. Thank you.

However, I know it's on the "to do list," but since I've been acting as a mod while basically being unable to use my own list for several months, I reserve the right to bitch about broken tags. I know they require more time and effort, but they are an important, *unique* function of MAL and I hope they are up next.

I would also love to know when this is gonna be fixed. The ghost entries really are bothersome and there's no easy way to erase them at the moment :/

Sorry if I'm being boring, but is while longer, something like 2 months, or something like 1 year?
