| Godammit everyone's just being completely stupid, so many people died for nothing (though that's not surprising since it seems to always happen). But seriously, they really could've avoided the death toll in this episode if #1 that pilot captain guy let go of his pride and not say shit like "we've prepared to fight today and we will go through with it. Let everyone see our determination." Yes because I'm sure your death will be seen as a heroic act by the world. #2 seriously if they didn't like what Yuna was doing, they should've just said fuck you and go against Earth Alliance since they aren't inferior to them or anything. dragonknight808 said: captain todoka one word .... Either way, everyone in Orb's military was already in confusion thinking whether or not to listen Cagalli. I don't think he avoided havoc at all because Orb is one confused country atm, listen to Yuna? Or listen to Cagalli? But I do agree that Shinn is an idiot and he needs to go. He has way too much anger. And noooo why're Athrun and Kira fighting again? Seriously, everyone in this season is just stupid. Needs more talk no jutsu. |
| Its not just drama its POINTLESS drama, Orb is dumb because they can't stand up and stop Yuma. Athrun should be helping the Archangel team right now because they both agree on stopping the fighting unless Athrun has lost all memory on how they stopped the last war. Cagalli my god...decide on a course of action and ACT!!!!! No standing up and crying cause it hasn't been working the whole series, that's why Orb is in this mess because you REFUSE TO ACT!!!! And Shinn...okay he needs to go now...Todaka I salute you...but you should have kept Yuma on your boat. |

| Wow. I'm wondering if the writers of Destiny even read or saw SEED at all, I mean I know most of the same crew worked on both but WTF? Why? That is the only thing that can be said about Destiny. As in, why is Athrun acting the same way he did back at the beginning of SEED? Why is Shinn such a self-important dick? Why is Cagalli trying to solve everything by standing around crying? See? "Why" is all there is to Destiny. Seriously, what is up with all of SEED's character development for Athrun and Cagalli being completely ignored? Why is Kira the only one sticking to his beliefs after everything they all went through together? This episode was completely pointless. Kira and Todoka were the only characters not acting like complete fucking idiots. For most of the Earth guys being an idiot is their natural state, but for most of the characters it was completely out of character. Such horrible writing should not be permitted. |

| RIP Captain Tokada, not sure why he had to stay on the ship still but whatever, pretty badass moment. Also...I heard a lot of hate from Shinn and so far I didn't really actually hate the guy or anything but NOW after 28 episodes in...I can say I fucking hate this kid. |

| Uh yeah, main problem was Cagalli was really useless, at least go hunt that Yuna and gain back control.....I mean back in Seed, when she was still with those Desert Guys, she'd be fighting in the jeep in an even more dangerous situation, now she's in a mobile suit and not doing anything. Like AT LEAST blast Yuna's ship if you don't want Orb to fight or step out the mobile suit and show yourself. Sure the captain would rather die by Cagalli than Shinn. Also Kira fighting the wrong person too, if Cagalli ain't getting Yuna, then he should, why is he fighting Athrun? LOL Anyone could see the troublemaker is Yuna xD Just the action was good though. |

| Wow this episode was a dumpster fire,like almost every aspect of this episode was either a total flop or downright infuriating. For starters the ONLY reason this conflict is even happening is cause everyone is just fucking stupid and hypocritical, kira is a massive hypocrite and everything hes doing doesnt make sense but they are playing him off like some greater good, athrun is angsting and feels like they are fishing for reasons to make him be on the oppossite side of kira, cagalli is absolutely worthless, and then theres shinn......OOOOOOHHH how do you fuck up a character this badly? The show had everything going for his character even with all his anger, there has been a noticeable and clear character arc for him that has humanized him past all the angst as well as him being far more composed in recent episodes than at the start, then all of the sudden not only is all that reverse but hes so unstable for absolutely no reason he goes in for the kill on fucking cagali? Are you kidding me show? And then above all this mess, the cherry on top, that abysmal attempt at orchestrating a tragedy by making it so shinn unintentionally killed a soldier who was nice to him when he lost his family. That was so tagged on last minute that it was laughable. Also what in the high hell did they do to kira? Hes a totally different character in this, kira in the first series while not a perfect protagonist, had a respectable arc of a traumatized boy forced to fight and kill against his will, prone to letting his emotions get the better of him, and when he was granted a high power to be able to avoid conflict more so than he could before still came face to face with the horrors of war not being able to save alot of people he attempted and letting his emotions get the better of him like how he gave into revenge and maliciously killed rau crucet. Here in destiny however hes this aboslute know it all prick that is always right in every judgement he has of every character around him even when his logic makes NO FUCKING SENSE whilst the show pretends it does. No, none of this pacifism stuff makes any sense its getting people slaughtered with no end in sight cause hes just taking out their weapons but making 0 attempts to actually understand why the conflict is even happening, his attempts to convince athrun essentially boil down to "no dude your wrong cause i have a huntch", and hes just ignoring loads of criticsm, stuff thats VERY valid. And its not even just that hes always right, hes a absolute dick for no reason to characters while doing so, like that jab he takes at cagalli's inability to act earlier in the series, it was so out of character and that has only persisted. Seed destiny has been far better than i ever expected going into it, i expected a mess from the get go so the fact theres been as much enjoyment as ive had makes this a far better experience than i ever anticipated, but i forsee this is the point where the show's infamy began. |

| Loved the high tension. It was satisfying seeing both sides get shredded. Loved seeing Shinn evade and throw his beam saber like a javelin at that one guy.  Shinn dodging Kira's slash was also cool.  Really sucks that Athrun's Savior was unceremoniously two shotted by Kira Yamato, having never got a hit in on the Freedom or having lasted more than 2 seconds. Even Shin managed to evade a saber blow. Also sucks how Cagalli has been treated as a moron. This series has not been kind to my favorite couple as of late.  |
| Yuna needs to die ASAP because he's an even worse leader than Cagalli. Once again, she does nothing but cry. I still don't hate Shinn like everyone else here btw. |

| I don't know if i can stand other 22 episodes of shinn's blind rage against everything, i truly dislike him. the show in general is not as bad ad everyone says, and but is also far from great. |
