well i thought that yellow was the girl that red helped when he fought giovanni. but since everyone was calling her a "him" and portrayed her as such. i thought "it must be my imagination" |

Yeaaaah, I thought it was the kid that Red helped catch the Rattata, way back when, too. I mean, she didn't change outfits, or anything, I really have no idea how Red didn't realize it was the same person. I don't even understand why Yellow was shy in the first place. lol |

LOL, obviously my observations skills suck then =P And I'm nto sure why she was shy either...maybe cause she liked Red and wanted to be closer to him or to hide her identity...something like that, I haven't read it in a while so I can't quite recall |

The fact that yellow is actually a girl took me by surprise too. At first, i thought it was the girl(the one who was saved by red from a wild dratini)'s twin brother. Aha-this manga really is full of shocks and surprises.That's what I really like about it.:) Anyway, it's really quite uncommon for a boy-who-is-actually-a-girl to be quite awesome and talented. One other such cross-gender I can think of is Haruhi from Ouran. Man,this manga is so great, I'm re-reading the entire 30 volumes! :) |
