Not sure what to think about it so far. The whole universal pinch-hitter/sought-after club member idea has been done to death, so that left a sour taste in my mouth right from the beginning, but on the other hand, maybe Shouoto will actually explore/feature her side characters for once? (At least long enough for us to remember their names, anyway.) Kana's girlfriend is adorable. I'm sensing high reverse trap potential for Kana herself as well, so that's definitely aces in my book.

The vampire, on the other hand... Just another of the typical brooding characters that Shouoto loves so much. Not expecting a lot from him.

He actually saved her in my oppinion... by making her a vampire. (most likely) He bit her and then started the typical speach about destroying her. Every "good" vampire has a I'm-a-monster-without-soul fetish, so I guess that's what happened. Now let's hope that he won't back away, because it's dangerous for her to be around him.
The art is really good, just like the way I like it. It's true that we didn't understand much from the first chapter, but reading it was enjoyable. I'm looking forward to the second one. The only thing that might ruin the series is if they follow the usual forbidden love cliché or the miserable vampire thing, who falls into despair, because he gave his curse to the woman he loves. For now we can just wait and belive in the author. :)

I had... mixed feelings about the first chapter. On one hand, I liked the dialouge and even though the "pretty boy vampire" got on my nerves, I still liked the artwork.

On the other hand, I'm afraid it'll go down the same droning path as so many "girls who meet vampires". But I suppose this one is different, the female and male lead seem to know each other. I guess that's why in a strong way I'm looking forward to future chapters. I'm very curious about this "incident" the female character caused.

This may be slightly off topic, but the last few pages were the greatest.

Hmm... Why this vampire-guy reminds me so much Cain from S.L.H? And it's actually not good thing, because I passionately hate Cain ;p
On the other hand the second guy, Shiranui, is kind of cute ;]

For now, I can say this was quite a good chapter - I just hope the whole story isn't going to be another Twilight with love, cursed love and all this vampire-angst stuff. If so, then I will be very disappointed (S.L.H and BnK are very good so this will be a huge let down).

Well, I'm looking forward to chapter number two and then we will see... ^^

It was kind of confusing..?

But the art is extremely pretty (even prettier than what Vampire Knight was during its first few chapters), so I'll keep posted on this.

All of Aya`s work I love, so I love this. She draws so pretty too.

Quite liking it.
But the only thing that bugs me is the front of his jacket has like a huge buckle on his chest which I don't know just annoys me.

Hmm yet another vampire shoujo story... wonder where Shouoto will take this one.
