Japanese movie producer T.O Entertainment announced that they are producing an anime movie of BIOWARE's RPG game Dragon Age. The movie has recently been announced by FUNimation. The main production studio is OXYBOT ("Vexille - 2077 Nihon Sakoku") and the director is Sori Fumihiko. They plan to release the DVD at the end of 2011 in North America and other countries. Played the game, wasn't my type. But we'll see if it turns out good as a anime. Will watch. |

Okay, I remember hearing about this over two months ago on the gaming sites. So it's director news? Just now the anime folk are catching on? I pity them for not being Bioware thralls. |

im not sure how i feel about this, the game wasnt all that good i dont think it needs an anime when there making a part 2 of the game anyways i dont it seems kinda pointless |

Ah, more video game turn anime can only be a good thing! :) Let's hope it gets a decent conversion from the game. The game was BA not as good as KotoR but it still had its own strong points if they do the same time of cg they had for the trailer for dragon age then this should be good.  |

Cool Dragon Age, one of my favorite rpgs. There so much they can put in the anime, there's a lot of history in the codex + politics conflicts + badass fighting + good character development in the game, they should be able to do something decent with the anime. _FawX_ said: Wow, really?
