| I agree -- I quite enjoyed them returning the seven in one episode. It reminds you that those episodes weren't just fillers, but are used for the overarching plot. I'm getting pretty annoyed with Tuxedo Mask still being brainwashed, though xD Ah well, I guess there are only 5 more episodes, so I can handle it. |

| this episode and the last one have been nice breaks from the youma-of-the-week formula. i really enjoy urawa as a character - there's an anxiety to him that isn't present in anyone else. hope we see him again at some point. of course, no character will ever be as nuanced as rhett butler, but that goes without saying. |
Glad Urawa came back so we could get cute screenshots like this I wasn't expecting much when they tried to refresh Mamoru, that would have been way too anti-climatic. |

| Goddamnit, just when I was excited about Mamoru returning to his old self. So anticlimactic! But at least we are closing in on the finale. My favorite part of this episode was how Kunzite implied that the Youma were useless, since they've lost before... dude, you're losing all the time! Way to dig your own grave. |

| The moment they unbrainwashed Mamoru, Queen Beryl just re-brainwashes him again, that's surely not a sign this episode is filler (although technically, everything with the 7 youma is because they aren't in the manga) |

| Ah an episode focusing on Ami and what's even better Ryo came back. She even got to have a date with him at the end. I'm glad that they acknowledge the characters that came before they even have them involved in the main plot which is what I like to see. I guess it would've been a bit anti-climatic if pretty boy I'm sorry Mamoru were to have his brainwashed mind purged so easily so to speak. It's certainly a sign we are getting closer to the finale now. |
