| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Hmmmm..... Milk isn't as milky.... I mean, annoying, as I thought she'd be (Maybe because of teh loli fang's mighty POWAH...) but that doesn't excuse the fact that she's so generic, besides having a male harem all to herself, which is kinda new .... And the pink haired siblings are so cute (Kyu & Sui?). Or maybe I'm just getting addicted to too much pink lately.... Dragon again? *Sigh* I sure hope all those artifacts ain't all about freaking DRAGON and more like birdy dude's ring or something like that.... Oh, and seems like birdy fabulous dude will get some akshun again next week. I'm, lyk totally, looking forward to it.... I guess....(?) |

| I'm liking how there's less focus on Sion this episode, and more of a focus on Ryner and Ferris' side of things. I'm not liking Milk (they seriously named her Milk..?), who's just plain annoying. She also fits so many cliches that its not even funny. Ferris is yandere towards Ryner as usual, which got a few laughs out of me :) Screenshots: |

| A very good episode that introduces some of the supporting characters. I still dont know why people complain about this anime (in IRC). this anime is a whole lot better compared to other shows being aired this summer. anyways, i do think milk is pretty cute for her character, usually i get annoyed quickly for characters such as hers, but somehow i didnt feel that way. the childhood marriage proposal was sad, since ryner didn't remember it, felt a bit sad for milk, i guess girls really do take stuff like those seriously, even when they are 10 :P i just hope she doesn't end up like shirley did, sorry for comparing with geass, i do believe both anime are different, almost absolutely. ferris sure loves to beat ryner without any reason though, i feel sorry for him. :P i do enjoy the diplomatic/political side of the anime though, a bit more. Sion's side of the story is more serious and really gives you a good vibe about the story. the story is well written, just for instance, if you just consider fiole's death, when claugh was still at the scene, sion didn't show his breakdown in front of his subordinate, he acted like a king should and ordered claugh to make sure of fiole's sister's safety. but when he was left alone, he cuddled fiole in his arms and wept. anyways, i have reason's to believe sion will be forced to betray ryner and ferris, or time will change him when he gets succumbed to the ways of a king. people who aren't watching this anime, sure are missing a lot. |

| Im starting to think the point of Ryner and Ferris finding the Hero Relics is simply to release massive monsters throughout the world so that one day when they become a problem their wont be any war between kingdoms becuz they will be working together to bring peace to the world by getting rid of the real monsters. its kinda like sion made ryner and ferris in to bad guys and then to make his kingdom look good sent people to try and stop ryner and etc etc, idk im just rambling and guessing ignore my comment if u wish other than that im ready for episode 8! |

| epic episode XD; the dragon was just win!....Can't wait for either ep 8 or 9 (those who read the novel know what I'm talking about >:D) and the scenes that were going through milk's mind about Ferris beating up Ryner were just full of lulz.....poor Ryner, the guy never gets a break. |

| I know Milk is kind of annoying (a lot annoying actually) but did everybody just miss the flashback with her and Ryner or something? Love how Ferris and Ryner's solution to dealing with a dragon is to just walk away. |

| Too annoying and cliche, and even her name, is all I can sum up for Milk. Yea, the flashback... did explain things but I thought that wasn't Milk Callaud there. Even Inami would've ended up punching Ryner. Anyhow, I liked the episode, but WAY TOO MUCH FIOLE moments in this episode. Even if it's only 2-3 minutes, that was just too much in 3 episodes or less, I forgot. At least Miran makes a good appearance. 9/10. |

| What an awful episode. Not only was it boring, but we had to suffer through a whole ep of that fucking annoying character, Milk. She is useless, weak, and for some reason we're to believe she's a captain? Sure she used some pretty words, but there's no follow-through to them, and I have no idea why her squad has any faith in her whatsoever. I'm guessing why Sion sent them to track down Ryner, so if I'm wrong can someone correct me? Anyway I guess that because Ryner is on a secret mission, that Sion has to at least appear to look like he's opposed to it, and he chose Milk because not only is she ineffective, but she has a past with Ryner (which Sion probably knew about) so she wouldn't actually want to harm him. Thoughts? Sadly, it means we'll be subjected to more torture whenever she pops up again. Because we really need a whiny, pathetic female side character who is in love with the main male character and always gets into trouble so he has to help her. Oh yeah, very original and entertaining -- not. The other thing I don't understand is how blasé about the dragon Ryner & Ferris can be. Do they think it'll just go away? It'll probably go on a rampage and kill a bunch of people, and they just brush it off like they think they're being cool when they're just being lazy, selfish and cruel. You'd have thought that from the flashback Ryner understood the pain and suffering caused by mindless violence, and wouldn't be the kind of person who would cause that sort of thing whether directly or indirectly. I guess not. (Can you tell I'm kind of bitter? Haha. This show better pick up or I'm gonna drop it to a 4/10, possibly lower.) |

| kinda liked the new siblings I guess they'll pop up again? milk wasn't too bad, Ryner having no idea who she is was great. glad most of the focus was on Ryner and Ferris and not Sion. the Sion parts just aren't as interesting. Ryner's solutions are always the best .... big dragon we let loose? ehhh let's just leave it be. |

This episode had very little of that, and what it did was poorly executed. |

| Ryner and Ferris's reaction about the dragon was laughable ,they just let it there destroying everything like they had nothing to do with it, also Milk's imagination about ferris beating up Ryner wasn't that bad... I overly love the comedy moments !!! Looking forward to the next ep at last there'll be some action too!!Hoora>-<wanna see Ryner fight ( who doesn't?) |
| Yeah, Milk is just terrible - the name not the character. Not saying that she would have been popular without that name, but it sure fuels the dislike more than it should. Otherwise, good episode. Hopefully the sister doesn't befall the same fate as her brother. Releasing then walking away from the dragon was executed in a way that made it a bit awkward. This continues to be the show I look forward to most each week this season. |

Ryner saves Milk from numerous people trying to kill her, then creates a dragon and turns around and leaves, not thinking about the possibility of it killing her during its rampage. Wtf? There's your lack of character consistency (and logic) already. |
