| I have no recollection of Usagi getting drunk and her first kiss with Tuxedo Mask is when she is under the influence. That made my night xD |

| I suspect this episode was heavily censored for the NA version, but I don't remember. Good to see that first kiss though, and we had quite a bit of plot and backstory development. Also it looks like the Naru/Nephrite involvement is going to go a few more episodes....poor Naru! |

| I watched the english dubs (this is episode 18) and I didn't see anything "gay" related. Also Sailor moon was holding an empty martini glass at the end but they started talking about dreams. After he kissed her, he said they were going to be "happier than we ever were" she said: "And maybe we'll be able to meet somewhere besides our dreams" Implying they didn't actually kiss that it was a drunken dream :( |

| I didn't like how the kiss came about with Usagi accidentally getting drunk and Tuxedo Mask taking advantage of that. As pointed out in previous replies, it may have been a dream. Also, Tuxedo Mask hasn't found out Sailor Moon's identity yet has he? I don't recall it or maybe he has but it hasn't been mentioned yet. Did he know that the girl in the gown at the ball was Sailor Moon in a disguise or did he know it was Usagi? Oh well, just going with the flow. Can't dwell on the 'not seeing through disguises' thing hah. I'm really liking the plot development now. |

| Oh heck yeah, I love it when plot happens! Maybe I'm just really dense, but the kiss scene did come across as her being drunk, and not just dreaming. I also didn't see any gayness at all, until I read the comments here. I guess in hindsight their relationship could have been like that, but it was pretty tame. :P I really liked this episode! |

| You can't miss "Usagi's First Kiss". It's essentially a sequel to episode 19 where Tuxedo Mask sends love letters to all the girls. Except Queen Beryl is planning to kill off Nephrite make Nephrite go to sleep very soon (to Zoisite's delight) so in his desperation he wises up and focuses on just one girl: Naru. He approaches her in disguise as Mr. Sanjoin at the lavish Kingdom of Diamonds banquet. We see Usagi maturing when she transforms herself into a pretty princess to actually help with the mission...and to dance with Tuxedo Mask (win-win). We also catch a glimpse of the mysterious backstory between these two lovers. This episode shares its main strength with episode 19: intense development in the relationship between Usagi and Tuxedo Mask (and the Dark Kingdom characters to a lesser extent). Ami also asks Tuxedo Mask if he's on their side or not... his answer might surprise you. Consequently, Naru isn't given quite enough focus. Nephrite cunningly manipulates Naru using her innocent, misguided love; but in the end we just see her ask "Huh? What happened?". Apparently even the silly Legendary Secret Treasure sub-plot is more important than Naru :( 4/5 |

| Was wondering when we'd start seeing more Tuxedo Mask character development. Curious to see the full relationship between him, Sailor Moon, and the Dark Kingdom. Laughed out loud when Usagi was like "I'm thirsty I need some juice" and drank fine wine, haha~ |

| I'm learning more about the Dark Kingdom as well as who Tuxedo Mask is. The cheeky git even managed to score a dance and a kiss with Sailor Moon. We finally get to meet the last of Queen Beryl's goons, Kunzite even it was very brief there. Poor Naru, she's blissfully unaware of Nephrite's true intentions. Things are definitely gonna come to a head in the next episode. Was it all a dream that kiss? Not quite sure with that but it definitely threw me there. |
| my favorite episode yet especially when it comes to plot developement. feels like the story is definitely getting to a boiling point in this ep and it was a little bit more intense than a lot of the others so far. |
