You're giving me the wrong e-mail here, the e-mail associated with the account Aquilla is from hotmail, not yahoo. Look into that and then get back to me. Not deleting your new account for obvious reasons... |

I can't verify it's your account unless you have access to the e-mail associated with the account, sorry. So either you need to remember the password to the user 'Aquilla' or you need to figure out how to access that hotmail account. I believe it's your account but I can't be 100% sure, so my hands are tied. |

Username: kuraikarite Email: griezeltom@msn.com Problem: My friend forgot his pass so he requested a new one but when he requests one it says its invalid and makes him request a new one again and again and again.He is able to log in for a few seconds before it logs him out again and makes him request another pass. His cookies have been cleared out also. |

@yunasgrace & Lee_Man & -Prelude-: Are your friends still having problems? MAL was lagging massively over the weekend and even till today and there's nothing I can do to speed up password recovery. Tell them to try it again and make sure to let a lot of time pass between each action, i.e. between requesting a new password and between trying to login. @PR3DAT0R: Seems to be working now? |

Log in with the recovered password: logged . Edited the password . Viewed my anime list . Viewed my manga list . Tried to edit my manga list: message that says I have to log in . Prelude, you(r friend) may have to wait 4 hours or more before all the database servers get the message that your password changed. Just stop trying to recover it and simply wait. After 4 hours have passed log in with the most recent password in email. |

Hi! writing from my sisters account. I'm having big problems!! I cannot confirm my account... I've tried 5 times with the usernames; "Piraya", PirayaChan", MaaajaChaan", "MajaChan92" and "PirayaChan92". I'm goin crazy here. Please delate all of them except "Piraya"... and please make it work! |
