account name: bahamas242 I'm not sure but I think I might have misspelt my email address. probably missed an 'a' or added a '#' instead of '@'. "Invalid key provided or user has already been authorized." i would prefer to use bahamas242 than chrisjolly if possible. Thanks in advance. |

Username: jenyee123 Email: jenyee123@gmail.com Problems started when MAL logged me in as other users, apparently while keeping my list and mentioning that I was "viewing XXX's ...list". I've received the confirmation email twice but MAL said I still had an error logging in. Apparently I am said to be "online", able to post this message and see my profile but not my panel. Please help and thanks. |

Hi, i lost acces to the e-mail account wich is registered with my main account. -To clarify, i deleted the gmail account because of the massive spam built up. The main account I am talking about is "Shizzlr"- So when I try to reset the pass it sends it to a non-existent gmail.com address. What I am asking is to change the e-mail of "Shizzlr" to the one I registered this account with. I could give u all info u need to prove its my account. Thanks in advance; Shizzlr. |

My friend Kyoshi123 can't log in, he gets reset password email uses password but he says it still doesn't work with new password |

So, who is still having problems? I assume the majority of these were lag related? I activated what I could anyway. @Shizzlr1: I'm sorry but if you've lost access to both your account and your e-mail I can't help you. You can't prove it's your account without access to either of those things, sorry. @Starblom: Tell her to try it now, we were experiencing massive lag over the weekend. If it still doesn't work, PM me and I'll e-mail a new password to that e-mail address.  |

My User name is: ry0_kai When they sent me my new password to my e-mail, I couldn't use it, and when I tried to use my old password, it didn't work either, or only for short amounts of time, and now again it doesn't work. I tried changing my e-mail and asking for new password a lot of times, but none of them worked. So I would like to ask for a working new password to my e-mail address, please. And another problem is, that with this login of mine, I can't import my old anime list. It says it's a succes, and shows the updated series, but when I try to watch it, it's like nothing's on my list. Thank you. |
