According to the official website, the fourth season of Hetalia Axis Powers will follow Hetalia World Series without intermission. It's 24 episode long and will start streaming on September 10th.

Norway: Iwasaki Masami
Denmark: Shimozaki Hiroshi

I wonder what they will do when they run out of WWII history to animate. WW1? Cold War?

Probably do exactly like the comic and cover events that happen at any time in history.

They already ran of of WWII history to animate. They are currently doing random crap history that don;t even make sense anymore.

I'm still upset over there not being an Repub of Ireland or Wales character yet. More for the former seeing as how it's a pretty big part of English and Scottish history.
