| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- OH SH- This episode creeped me out big time, especially the last 2 minutes or so. The most disturbing scene of all has to be when Megumi crawls out from under the bed...or when she and Tatsumi are outside of the house. >_> I love Megumi's outfit though, I'm a sucker for clothes like that. XD |
| This show is getting better and better after each episode, as the story is maturing at gradual pace. The production quality is also top notch, probably one of the best in this summer season. The story of this show seems also very mature as it is based on a horror novel aimed at adults. I can't wait for the next episode. :D |

| this scared the hell out of me... I was watching this, with headphone, alone in the dark room late at night. yeah, this is the right way to watch this. the scariest scene to me, was the 3D image that Megumi, who many a man here calls bitch, was going up stairs... that kind of image really stirs my imagination... like, that game "SIREN"'s sightjack. some feeling like, "I can't see her figure, but CAN feel her being there!" and, meh, I thought they should have accelerated the pace a bit. |

| Toru has made a good decision for going after the only living person that is quite stunning. On the other hand, Megumi looked gorgeous in this episode. Her attractiveness like doubled when she died. I wouldn't mind her biting my neck. <3 I was totally in love. |

| Very nicely executed ending scene, the production remains as strong. Tohru, poor guy ;_;. What's with me hating on pink haired pests this year anyway lol? Right after Angel Beats!'s Cockroach comes this other pink pest. Damned stalker, death cannot stop her DEEP love. To think she even wonders why Natsuno is closer to Tohru than her. She should've been cremated. |

| I wonder if everyone turns into vampire who has been bitten? Maybe only virgin girls do, like in several other vampire stories? And yeah, it was a really good episode. It's currently 4:45 AM here, and I watched it in the dark room with headphones, so I creeped out a few times. This series is slowly becoming one of my favorites of the season. |

| This is getting to be the best show of the season. Creepy scene was awesomely, fantastically creepy. I'm still waiting for Natsuno to tell her to get the f--- out of the house (y'know rescind the vampire invitation) but I guess that isn't happening. | I won't go as far to call it scary or creepy, you bunch of pussies but great ep nonetheless. I love the high bodycount, these vampires spare no quarter, I hope it keeps going like that. I would hate it if it makes a romantic drama kinda plot twist between the living and the dead. Definitely gonna drop it then. |

| This is a preety good show enjoying it so far but im gonna go -1 to the overall score of this anime just because of their ridiculos hairs it just pisses me off. Oh well you cant like everything. The bed scene was so creepy O_o |

| Brilliantly Executed. I have been waiting for this scene and it did not disappoint. That made me get awake the crackling of her bones was a wonderful touch. The music the past few episodes has been oddly placed though this episode was superb with its music. <3 |

Those who turn into skeletons in the intro, are the main characters who will die in the series? So far it's true for megumi, she turns into a skeleton in the intro and she died in the anime. Toru also turns into a skeleton in the intro and it looks like he's going to die too now. If I am right then I guess we know who else are going to die. It sux, this intro spoils too much. |

| Not really scary for me, I was laughing because I anticipated that somehow, It's quite a typical place to pop out apart from wardrobe in the west ? & Tomatsu's voice sounds funny lol So far, it's still possible to explain scientifically provided that the guy is having hallucinations around sleep and was partially paralyzed due to stress & poor sleep leading to exhaustion And the cause of anemia is unknown, could be a rare or unknown infection could be some sort of complex poisoning as suspected PNH is not likely but they should have done urine tests? What a guess, they're really elite nurses... |

There are many books which supports the theory of only virgins being turned into vampires. On wait we don't have to go that far...didn't hellsing have somthing like that? | The atmosphere towards the end was the episode's saving grace. Apart from that it wasn't too interesting, the medical talk mostly bored me and the character design still annoys me just as much as Yuuki. Yet Megumi is hot and her part was pretty good. |
 And on the edge of sanity I stumble and fall. |
| It's 12am here in my place and I'm watching this with headphones. Not creeped out but my eyes are O_O with the happenings at the last part. Great stuff, just the way I like it. I also like it that they try to explain the mysterious deaths with medical terms but they fail. Absolutely brilliant. Though I still want to see Wataru Takagi's character to join in the story. Let's see now what happens next. |

| This is getting really good. Even though the pacing is slow, I really like the atmosphere it builds. It makes the creepier scenes that much more unsettling. Also, easily the best OP of the season. I usually never watch the OP besides the first time, but I could watch the opening forever. Can't wait for the full song to be released. And speaking of which... I have a feeling that all the characters shown being turned into skulls end up becoming one of these vampire things. So that leaves only the doctor and priest not dying. |

| The end of the episode was the best. Natsuno thought it was just another dream and then the Shiki comes out from under the bed. And this is just the beginning ... The best is still ahead of us. |
