I'd heard that too. Something about how since Shaft wanted to animate the rest of his work. I really don't mind was along as they at least give us another trailer of Kizumonogatari or a nice new official Kiss Shot pin-up poster 8D |

Noooooooooooooo!! It's good that they're animating more, but still.... :( And it must be true, as I noticed MAL removed the 2012 release date. It is now "Unavailable" again.  |

Seeing as this is a prequel to Bakemonogatari does that mean we'll be seeing Araragi kick some ass at full strength? No Hitagi is kind of a minus but I got over it. Freakin hyped up for this! |

There will be multiple fights for him after he becomes a vampire, so yeah you'll see him in action as a vampire. The action is really a minor aspect of the story though. And yeah, no Hitagi. This is Hanekawa's story to shine in. I've read the novel for this and its going to make a great anime. It should fit into movie format pretty well as long as they don't drag anything out so i'm not too concerned with it being movie rather than series. They should easily be able to adapt this into something 90-100 minutes long. |

I don't mind Hitagi not being here, honestly. I like her, but her being around too often causes her to be a little boring to me. Her schtick is good in small doses, not large ones.     |

In Nise she barely appears unlike other females.But yeah her not being there doesnt mean that the movie wont be good. Having read the novel, Kizu is far better than Nise and I gave Nise a 10....What happens in the story should make up for anyone who will miss Hitagi.  |

kizumonogatari is probably almost on par with bakemonogatari. The light novel was great so i can wait. SHAFT never seems to let me down :) Signature removed. Please follow the signature rules, as defined in the Site & Forum Guidelines. |

It's before Bake with adult Shinobu. Those that suggest otherwise either dont know what prequel means or never saw the first scenes of Bakemonogatari ep1 |

Anyone have a source of some decent info on this. Nekomonogatari Kuro is now on MAL and scheduled for Dec 29th. I'm hoping this means they are planning to release Kizu before then. *EDIT* Seems the Dec 29th date is just a preview airing... welp. Guess my hopes are dashed already.  |
