It was quite good and fast paced, though I hoped they animate the hair cutting but it's also alright this way. I loved the piano during the episode and the ending song is sweet. 4/5 for me~ |

| I don't like the fact that you need to read the manga in order to understand whats going on. Since it jumps at the start of their relationship you wouldn't know how it happened. Just saying in perspective of someone who hasn't read the manga. I'll take my words back if they're actually making an anime series and that this is only an introduction to the whole thing. Other then that, I found this episode decent and I liked the ED. |

| pretty good. i guess since it was bundled with the manga, it's more for those who've read it rather than as an intro (unless there are plans to animate fully later). liked the art, and the music accompaniment was good guess i'll dig around and take a peek at the manga when i have time |

| it's impossible to figure out the story without reading the manga since they mostly concentrated on how they started their relationship xD it would've been nice if they showed how they actually became close to each other .. the art and music was good, though i didn't like both the tsubaki's voice T.T |

| The anime made me remember how much I loved the manga. This might be the rare case where the anime is better than the manga. It was really weird the background animations were really pretty, but the animations overall were pretty average. |

| I thought it was all right. I never read the manga, and I had a hard time understanding what exactly was going on sometimes, or where their relationship was before the OAD started. I thought the animation was fine though, I liked the ED, and I loved Kanae Itou. I will give this episode a 3/5. I never really got into it, it was shorter than I expected, and it was hard to understand some parts. |
| edit: after rewatching this once again.. i found it to be totally awfull.. even though i only watched it some time ago i totally forgot about it.. maybe because the first time i watched it right after reading the manga.. which probably biased my rating :/ the animation was horrible, too.. no idea what i thought when i first watched it.. i rated it as 4 (=bad) now ~_~ i will probably also drop the manga.. the main characters seem to be totally confused as whether they like each other or not.. X_X |

| Wait, you really found this well animated ? some cuts are directly taken from the manga and colored, there is almost no fluidity and movement, even some of the lip's animation are bad. I love the manga, but this OAD is really disappointing for me, except for the voices which fit pretty well for the characters, and the art is nice too. |
| THAT WAS REALLY GOOD! I LOVED IT! BUT.. DAMN! Why does it have to b a OVA! I wish it was a real full length show! Y cant shows like honey x honey and kyou, koi wo hajimemasu made by Minami, Kanan every be full length! T_T |

| Terrible. I began reading the manga, found it cliche', and told myself I'd just watch the anime. But, I soon find out that the producers didn't even try to let us truely understand what was happening. It seemed like they were just throwing some shit together for the manga readers to be happy about. Really, really bad. |

| I like reading the manga, but I didn't enjoy this episode as much as I though I would. The animation looked a bit weird to me, although, for a few frames during the show it looked pretty good. It would of been a lot better if they started from the beginning, and took a different approach to it. This didn't really feel like I was watching Kyou koi wo Hajimemasu, and I don't think it did the manga justice. In other words, it could of been much better, but I didn't exactly hate watching it or anything. |

| NO NO NO NO NO NO NO. BRAIN MELTAGE. This OVA has completely ruined the manga. They just jumped straight into it and didn't explain anything. Urasghkafsgs. SADFACE. And even though I like Namikawa Daisuke's voice, it just doesn't suit Kyouta's character. 1/5 |

| I hate how it went from "oh i just started school today, met this boy hated him and cut his hair" to "Hey I love you!" I mean you could put some more details in for the people who haven't read the manga yet i mean the manga's good but it could've been a lot better ^^ |
| Super cute! :D I was extremely confused but if you read the synopsis, you can generally fill in the blanks. The first page of this thread, people mentioned that those who didn't read the manga wouldn't get what was going on, therefore I have decided to begin reading the manga so I have a better understanding as to what is going on and I'm interested as to how they got close and how he made her his woman. I have a feeling the manga will be good! Can't wait for the next episode! The ED was cute as well. Now that I think about, there was no OP? o____O |
| This OAD surprised me. I didn't exactly expect it to be good when I decided to watch it, but it turned out pretty decent. The animation wasn't very good, but there were some really pretty scenes/art like this one: The music was great during the really tense scenes of the OAD. I was a little confused at the jump between the beginning and the "confession" later on, considering I didn't read the manga. If the manga is anything like this, I hope it gets animated. I've heard the manga is terribly mediocre though. |

| I also think it was too fast. If you have't read the manga, then you wont really understand whats going on. and what happend. gahh. Its a popular manga right now, so i think thay should have made like at least 13 episodes so other ppl will understand whats going on.. But other then that the 1st episode was OK. =) |

| It was absolutely terrible. While I'm not a fan of the genre, I'm not a hater either... but this was completely rushed, with terrible characters and eyesore animation. 2/10. |

| I haven't read the manga, but I didn't find it too confusing. They're probably making this though for fans of the manga, but hopefully they include more in later episodes. |

| Made for manga fans, period. I'm glad I knew what was going on, having read several chapters before and quite conveniently, up to the timeline of this OAD. Still, I find it poorly animated. It wasn't even really animation, just a bunch of colored manga-like spreads put into a sequence with limited feet/body movements. The art though is very good. I like the pastel-like colors but I'm not sure if this story should be so erm, I guess ... solemn? |

Tsubaki looked cute and Kyouta hot >w< It would have been better to make an anime out of it though..~ you said everything i wanted to say lol from the perspective from someone who has read the manga... i was pretty satisfied with this ova - although i do want more and really do hope they make it into an actual series. the ending was cute and suitable for the story, 4 out of 5 for me :) |
