This movie is excellent and made even better with 2000+ Trigun fans cheering and laughing with you. For those who when to AX 2010 got a special treat with the sub premiere of the movie. For those wondering how it was....

Vash making serious situations absolutely hilarious......check
Vash flirting and groping beautiful women......check
Wolfwood being a bad ass.....double check
Vash being a bad ass.....check.

In other words all the makings of a great Trigun episode.

We just got to watch this at the Scotland loves Animation festival, damn was it good. I've not watched trigun before(heresy i know) but from what everyone else was saying after it, it basically felt like the Trigun they have come to adore. So yeah, go and watch it if you can

This was awesome. It got the same atmosphere as the series, and the characters were all the same as well. The story was a bit predictable (I knew he was Amelia's father right after the first flashback about her mother occured), but it was still very enjoyable. The animation was crazy good, I don't even know what to say about it. What I missed were the old soundtracks (or more like the opening of the series :P), but the new ones weren't bad either. I watched the TV series with hungarian dub, so the japanese voices were strange at first, but I got used to them pretty quickly, and their suit the characters well.

All in all, it gets a 9/10 from me. It was a good try to "revive" the franchise, and they didn't mess anything up, even tough the mangaka wasn't involved as far as I know. Oh, and the moive reminded me of One Piece movie 10 for a strange reason, but I liked this one more.

That was just absolutely bad ass. I just saw it on a stream. vash bad ass and funny as ever.

Downloaded it a while back today, simply awesome movie. Though I never actually finished the TV series, I understood most/pretty much everything going on.

Really enjoyed how the quality was super up'd but all the characters kept the same design. Milly still looks like a giant man to me regardless though.

Great to see Vash back in action. I really enjoyed the movie.

I've been waiting forever for this movie, and I was not disappointed.
Still the same great mix of comedy, action and dram I came to love from the series.
Although because of Wolfwood I am wondering the timeline when this movie is supposed to take place.

It was good. Made me squeal at the appearance of Nicholas Wolfwood and the black cat!! Thumbs up!

Pure quality brilliance, everything I loved about the show packed into one and a half hour of joy (^.^)

Nice movie. the story is flawed imho (to "kill" Vash was stupid, since it was so obvious that he wasn't dead), but the animation was good.

Either it's just great to see Vash back in action!

It was alright. The animation was top notch and it was nice seeing some of my fave characters again but the plot was cliché as hell and it didn't help they were just repeating the same thematics regarding Vash' non-killing as they did in the show. Enjoyable but nothing more than that.

Movie was more than just enjoyable it was awesome. Good mix of comedy, action and some drama. People who loved the TV series will love the movie. Great Movie.
