| Pretty crappy episode if you ask me. I almost want to bump it down to a 7, but that just wouldn't be fair. I'm happy that it gets a second season, but I hope it's not as disappointing as Natsu no Arashi's sequel. |

| Iron Maiden Cosater was epic win. Apart from that, it was a perfectly random and funny episode as usual. ?ot brilliant by any means but interesting enough for me to watch the second season. 8/10 |

| simply wow Arakawa is the best slice of life anime I watch this past year. After failed witl vampire loli, Shinbo trying to go back with some unique humour and it works again. I enjoyed this series a lot. There were the laughing time, much of it, but they doesn't put out the real life drama parts. I really impressed with much if the quotes i see in this show. Anyway, awesome show, really looking forward to the second season |

| When the plot got rolling near the end, there was a stagnation of quality, but this episode got back to the goodness that once was. I can honestly say Arakawa is probably the first show to make me laugh out loud and hard in a long while. I pretty much marathoned this show, which is something I usually don't do very often. Overall, it's a good 9/10 for me, and I can't wait for the 2nd season. |

| I have to echo the majority's sentiment. It honestly didn't feel like the final episode, and 12 probably would've made a better spot to end the first season. Sort of a weak episode too. That being said, I did like how they decided to randomly focus on these three "unique" characters. Never change, Arakawa. XD All in all, a consistently funny anime from beginning to end, with such a great cast of characters. This show had me dying at times. Usually, comedy in anime never works for me, but Arakawa delivered in spades. 8/10 Can't wait for the next season! |

| A warming finale to a good comedy. I came into this expecting some romance but they seemed to focus more on Riku and his father..and jokes sometimes got dragged out too long or were just lame like Riku's assistant oh man he makes me sick.. Also felt there could be more development..I wanted to see more of the Chief without his suit and Hoshi seems like a chick magnet without his mask..and of course more Riku and Nino.Guess il be checking out season 2, invested too much into these unique charss XD |

| I had been looking forward to enjoying this series, but I was sadly only disappointed by it. The only reason I persevered through all 13 episodes was I found the character of Nino at least to be mildly interesting. I was hoping to find out about her past, or at the very LEAST, some interaction/progress between her and Riku. But, nothing. And I can't seem to care at all about any of the other characters. The whole series left me with a very empty feeling. I'm hoping the sequel will be much more tolerable and will give the fans what they really want (i.e. the topics already stated). This isn't really a rant and certainly not meant to bash (in other words, no need to lash out. >_>), just my sentiments upon finishing the series. |

| This show is garbage. Its just random shit that sometimes fails and is sometimes funny. It shows no plot what so ever and is consisted of a majority of fillers. They should have focused more on the romance aspect with nino as well as finishing what they start. Seriously wtf is with the ending to the whole the bridge area is not for sell. Like honestly im assuming that shady character was the kappa without his suit but literally you exspect them to continue the main story but the next episode is bullshit filler that showcases random characters after the situation is over. WTF |

| Sister was real fun! and gag contests too. I don't expect any story or nice plots because its SHAFT. This is like a calmed down version of Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. Seiyuu's are the same too. And they're awesome:D |

| well nice ep and this series was funny but i wish they would have shown more about how the people got to be so crazy and how it came that they all life unter the bridge. i hope that in season 2 they show more about it. |

| Wow. Awesome show... I liked how the world, although INSANE, was simple. There weren't too many characters/plot lines & I liked how you got to connect the dots yourself in some respects. Although I don't think I can give this a 10/10... (It's near-perfect, minus an episode and some anti-climactic moments).. it's a solid 9/10 for me , and it would be a 9.5/10 if that were possible. Bravo Shaft. With this show and Madoka, you can add me to your fan-base :) |

| The ending was OK. I still don't know WTH am I watching, actually I wanted to drop this anime since episode 2 but I can't because I've never dropped anime before. Sometime it was boring. The people at the bridge are abnormal. Well... Ko is rich, smart, genius etc... but he stayed at riverbank. I think it was wasted. (maybe not) He could have everything. He should go back. The reason why he didn't go back because he finally found his happiness (I think) I enjoyed this show somehow ,it was enjoyable. I'm now gonna watch the second season. |

| Probably going to go down as one of my all time favorite comedy series, because it stayed consistently hilarious and had a great cast of characters, good music, nice voice work, very good art and animation, and so on. It also had a message, such as Riku's troubles with his father and so on. I'm going to wait on the second season for now, until I get some other series finished up. 8/10. |
