| I don't mind some of the loose ends but....I wanted a more cast-encompassing epilogue ;.;. The matching pendants at the end were bawww worthy ^.^ I was not at all expecting Kanade's explanation for why she went through hell that long. Loved it~ |

| Uhm...this was a nice ep, not the best but I liked it. I loved Yuzuru x Kanade moment, and Yuri is awesome ~ Sad that this anime was only 13 eps, if it had been longer it wuold have been so much better... But for me is still the best work, after clannad, made by Key. The ost was also great, I will miss this anime. 10/10 |

| There is a lot of plot twist that can't not rated this 10/10, but it's end very sad but they meet again in Afterlife. We didn't see Otonashi disappeared after Kanata but what I believed he did also disappeared after her. If your love a person that much your memories in your heart will still remember the afterlife. There is hardly people that remember they previous life. I wil give this 7/10 :) |

It would have been a lot better with some more eps(thouhg it's also super-great as it is). If they had made some more, we would not only have gotten to watch some more of the anime, but the writers would have had more time to make it better, deeper, with some more meaning and maybe even funnier(;D). To the guys who say this anime isn't good: I don't see why you people complain so much about this series, I get, like, amazed by how great it is! And even when you're saying that it's bad, you're still there on the net to watch it, each and every week, only seconds after it get's released, for you to even bother to do that, you must really quite like it. If it's that bad, why do you even watch it at all?(I'm not saying that you shouldn't say what you mean, but from my point of view, it seems pretty stupid...) | Some quick explainations. Otonashi is a bug -> He does not have top follow the rules, in fact a bug should always disrupt the rules, thats why they are called bugs. Time diff may simply be due to this. Takamatsu got cured (mentioned in dialogue), likely by Kanade or Takeyama using the Angel Player software. The ending showed they were reincarnated as they did not know each other. Further explaination as follows i) So why did they not become a water flea? Reincarnation depends on good or bad deeds done in prior lives. Also to note, any short lifespan animal/lifeform they became would not impact very much. Eg. Yuzuru became a water flea and died in a month. He gets reincarnated again, etc ii) Why would he meet Kanade? Going with reincarnation motto, this is translated as fate, which links one to another. This link may change the relationship in the next life (eg, a person's mother may become the daughter or even son of a person in the next life) but because of the link, there is still the chance of meeting each other. Clamp manga reference this relatively commonly iii) Why the heck do they look the same? That's for the viewers. If they showed Arakawa's Nino and bleach's Ichigo in that short segment, you would have gone "huh????" |
| Tenshi's more love than usual (She'll always be Tenshi for me~), and Yuri's more tsundere than usual. And that song is absolutely horrible. (lol Mapo tofu~) The second one.. Is worse. Countdown to dispersion: Naoi gone: Check ✔ Yuri gone: Check ✔ Hinata gone: Check ✔ Tenshi gone: Check ✔ D': <3 Otonashi gone: Check ✔ Wut end: Check ✔ O.o Also. Despite the disappointment that I've been reading about like.. Everywhere. I was pretty satisfied with this anime, from start to end. Did, like, very much actually. |

(Btw I know that there were some plot holes, but I could still enjoy the series fully, that's why I give it a 10. It left me with a feeling in my stomach, that can only be caused by great stories) |

| A rollercoaster in terms of quality. Easily the worst Key anime, but this final episode had some touching moments, the animation was consistently great and I actually liked the comedy for the most part. So it gets a strong 6/10. |

| Agh, I am such a sucker for these endings. I understand that this was a failure compared to Clannad and Kanon when you consider how rushed, inconsistent, and random some of the stuff way, but meh. There is just that delightful Key element to all of this, and I can't help but love the series anyways. Not to mention how bad most of the other shows this season were... I guess I'll just keep on going with Heaven's Door. That should be good since there shouldn't be a rush on a manga. |

| Obligatory 10 from another Keyfag. The beginning was kind of boring, but I couldn't wait for the next ep once it got going. There is one thing I'm wondering about. How did Kanade stay in the world for such a long time if she died after Otonashi? Otonashi must have taken the long road there. |

| It's over. ;_; I was really disappointed that only 5 people actually were there for the graduation. I was really looking forward to most of the characters being there and graduating/disappearing at the same time. And we never got to find out the past of most characters. D: The tofu song made me laugh. From the part where Yuri read her diploma, I was constantly crying. And right before Yuri disappeared, and was talking to Kanade... if only they could have been friends longer. And when Kanade told him that she was the one who received his heart, that part was touching. (At first I thought she was going to say that she was his dead sister lol) Watching the ED, seeing everyone disappear... ;-; I love how they added Kanade in though. And when only Otanashi was left, I was holding my breath that he would disappear. I'm glad he did, because being all alone in that world would suck. And they meet again after being reincarnated ;u; This series has a ton of flaws, but I enjoyed every minute of it. It was the show I looked forward to watching the most every week. So 9/10 Now to look forward to the new GirlsDemo CD and the OST. |

| Man that was a good ending, sad at the same time but in the preview where they show kanade and Otonashi looks like the started to live a peace life in a new world. Overall this series was amazing, I sure will miss this series. |

| The whole series was really enjoyable, but I wished that it would go up to 24 episodes. I wanted to see how the SSS Group formed and more stories. The ending wasn't what I expected for, but it was kinda sad that everyone left. Overall score 10/10. |
| For those who want to see how the SSS group formed, there's a manga that so far has at least shown us where Hinata and Yuri team up before the Battle Front was officially organized. |
| It.. wasn't as good as I hoped. Okay, we have a ceremony. The anthem was cute, but where are all of our favorite side-characters? Hmm...? All of a sudden, Yuri, Tenshi and the rest of the gang have completely different personalities, Yuri is now BAM! suddenly friends with Tenshi? Okay, they should have prolonged the relationship change between those two. Pretty disappointed in that factor. Cliff-hanger-ish ending; I didn't like that. At all. Oh, and no kissing with Tenshi x Yuzuru. Yeah, because we all didn't want any of that , eh guys? Not. I wanted some, anyways. I'm pretty disappointed. I thought it would be so much better then this. Still, I started crying when Naoi Ayato did. I'm attached to his character. I don';t know why :/ Anyways... fine episode. Not the finale I was hoping for. |

| First of all I have to say that I really liked this Anime (9/10) until I saw this last episode. It was just awful. It seem that the first part was made because they didn't know how to waste the time they had, and then we suddenly see the farewells, that were colder than Santa's house (I don't mind if Yuzuru was crying or not, I didn't feel bad for him, and I thought Yuri was the main character but she only said "goodbye" and left as if she wasn't important). Besides, all the characters didn't act like themselves at all. (for instance, Kanade was too much happy. I like the cold Kanade better) The end was slightly better, but I noticed that I had wasted my time uselessly watching 23 minutes of this episode because it was all explained at the very end. I hate that. There are too many questions unanswered. The only part I liked was when Kanade said that she was alive thanks to Otonashi's heart. |
| This was a really good ending. Don't understand what everyone's confused about. There are things that are implied, they don't have to specifically say it. Like in the ending song. The screen usually starts with noone and builds up as characters appear. But in this final ending the characters disappear leaving only kanade and otonashi. Kanade disappears and is followed by otonashi soon after. |
| There were some plot holes, but not everything needs to be explained. Overall, Angel Beats was a great anime with a nice blend of comedy and drama. Every episode was interesting and fun to watch. The animation was fluid and the soundtrack superb. It was really sweet how Kanade was the girl who received Otonashi's heart. |

| i loved it overall but as stated b4 it had many flaws and though it was touching ending was just poorly done. either a well developed OVA or some form of a season 2 would be awesome. only other thing that i wished they included TK in the graduation. would love to seem him do one more of his dance plus do his random line of the episode b4 he left. that would of added so much to the episode XD overall 8 out of 10 for the episode not too bad but not as good as it could be. |
