| According to HMV, the DVD & Blu-ray volume 7 of Ookiku Furikabutte ~Natsu no Taikai Hen~ will include an unaired episode 12.5. Director Mizushima posted in his blog that the OVA was made because they couldn't put the original manga episodes happened between the episode 12 and 13 within the TV series. | More Oofuri is always good news. From what I read of the manga, A1 kept very close to it, so it might not come too surprising. |
 And on the edge of sanity I stumble and fall. |
| So that means we will have some missing stuff beetwen ep 12 and 13? I hope it will be still understandable this way. Not that I can complain, at least they want to adapt everythink into the anime. Oofuri is one of A1's best(selling) shows, so it's good that they don't want to ruin it. And I want a season 3 too, as soon as possible. |

| Well, I'm aware about how everyone wants a third season, but with the speed that the manga is going, we will probably only get one in another three years. At the same time, Oofuri is not really that well known of an anime. It is particularly unknown within the world of anime. Oh yes, and about the release date of DVD 7, they seem to be releasing one DVD every month, so most probably we will get it at around December... Such a long wait. |
| I was really happy that they made a second season but it's only 13 episodes! So I'm really happy that we're going to get this episode and I'm crossing my fingers for a third season too!!! :D |
