If this is the novel page, why does it say that there are 8 volumes and 40 chapters? Isn't it actually the manga information? I would correct it, but I'm not sure if there are more novels.

Yup, that is the manga information!

I did a quick search and found there is only one volume of the novel. That okay?

also, do you happen to know how many chapters there are? :3

There are 11 chapters, IIRC.
