I invited Dima, Karake, and LovelongSought, but Mathes has been invited like 2 or 3 times already and never accepted so I decided not to bother him again and sevenf actually violates rule #2 (if someone refuses to give out anything higher than a 9, then we treat those 9's how we would treat 10's and apply the same 10% rule). |

| I recommended some users to Brett a while back, but I think a few got scared and left, so it's not exactly the best environment for them. I see neutralizer around still though o.O; If I can come up with some more, I'll be sure to let you know. |

| Looks like CMB17 updated his list since then. 307 completed anime titles (32 of which are rated 10), 114 completed manga series (14 10's), overall mean score of 7.0 for the former. Is that good enough? |

| Yeh I invited him a long time ago. But it seems like he doesn't have a lot of time to do too many non-administrative things on MAL. Of course if anyone wants to try to convince him to join via PM then by all means have at it. |
