The episode overall was alright, but the ending was pretty bad. At least Jil grew some balls and actually stood up against the Kusarraks.

I liked this episode, found it to be better than the previous two.
Glad to see Jil finally doing something useful. Also, Coopa is win! =P

Wow the person with the spear is going to die, I will be sad too.
Still good, thank you Gonzo.

still entertaining, looks like next episode will be a comedy-heavy one.

Overall this episode was better than the others.

These guys still need a lot more experience if they want to reach the top.

Liked the MMORPG-like fighting scene :)

Jil's brother knows that Jil will be the one to reach the top.

Also this is mostly conjecture but I think the ending will be JilxFatina and not JilxKaaya because I don't think Kaaya is actually a young girl. I think she is in fact very old, but is affected by some curse(I base this on the conversation she had with the king, and also the kings memory flashback).

Also, JilXKaaya is shown in OP, and the OP is (I think) deliberately misleading.

yeah, but i think i prefer Kaaya. Fatina is like... not nice with Jil. At least, not now.
And the conversation Kaaya had with the King made me think that she is like his daughter or something like that instead.

When is Jil gonna bust out his uber sword? It'll probably be epic if they're saving that moment for a while..



I thought the same thing. They are close in some way or else Gilgamesh wouldn't have given that sword away too. (Jil..Gilgamesh?..Jilgamesh? lol)

I'm not basing this on who I like more, I'm basing it on what has been presented and foreshadowed.

Kaaya`s so weird, but she`s so cute whenever she jokes.. XD I love the part when she said that she had a brother and had an illness, and that she was to get the crystal to cure his illness. XD

Anyway, cool episode! I loved it.

I think this episode was awsome, I also prefer Kaaya for Jil though.

This episode suprised me again (in a very positive way)

1) Neeba, the big brother of the male lead, has in fact a dark side. What I understand from the conversation with the mysterious female ghost is, that he not really cares about his comrades-in-arms. He just needs them to reach the top floor of the tower. So my guess for the end-fight is:
Neeba against Jil --> Jil wins and gets the girls.... and some honor.....maybe some magic weapons and gold too, but who cares. ;)

2) Jils group seems to slowly learn how to fight together. Thats quite "realistic" for a RPA (Role-Playing Anime) and fun to watch. I like the fact that they rely on each other and need to combine their fighting techniques in order to win against the enemys.

3) The humor is great. Nothing silly, but quite intelligent.




When she told this, I was thinking "who would ever create such a lame background story". Then she admitted that it was just a joke, and I had to laugh....

Awesome. At this stage I'm completely taken by this show. Funny, cool, and very entertaining. Next episode looks like it could be straight comedy like the first, which I found pretty hilarious.

i felt really sorry for the lady with the spear, tho how she failed to realise that jil was a total noob after the slime incident is beyond me ;)

if what the spirit(?) lady said about neeba not caring if his companions died was true, then its possible that he's the one responsible for jil's rotted shield. he might have bought it for him knowing its condition so that he'd have an excuse to fire jil and hopefully keep him out of the tower.

Good episode, this series seems to improve to me every episode.

^^yea the really are improving every episode. it seems that the characters are actually developing personalities nicely too. i enjoyed the little jokes and all but the yelling face of jil was a bit....can i say constipated.

gah took forever to come out...


meh all he needed was some female pursuasion? how tacky. i can already see how this ends. ill watch it anyways.

Um, they should have showed the entire fight scene. What the hell is up with that?
