| And here I was looking forward to when Lunge and Grimmer would go for a beer in a pub, well, damn....;_; Monster almost became the first masterpiece that didn't make me shed a tear. Grimmer won't be forgotten, truly worthy end for a great character like him and I really enjoyed his starting bromance with Lunge. Speaking of him, his development has been great as well. We all knew about his personal agenda, but it was so satisfying to see him being honest to himself and Tenma. |

 The man who couldn't feel emotions and make smile expression as his orignal facial expression. And did the good things more than most people out there could ever do. As a reward, he got his emotions back and could feel as a normal human being again in the end. R.I.P. Grimmer, one of the best characters ever. You will be missed... |

| What an amazing sendoff for one of the best characters on this show. His last fight wasn't as the Magnificent Steiner, but as the very human Grimmer, and that is a proper end to his journey. I'm 80% sure Lunge is going to die as well, but his actions in the last few episodes - along with finally admitting his judgement was wrong - made him a fantastic addition to the show. |

| I had no respect for Lunge in the early episodes but it is what it is he is doing he's job, but these past few episodes i realized he wasn't bothering tenma anymore and after that "im sorry" scene i had full respect for him, realizing the mistake he did after all this time and apologized well done Lunge!! Im so sad tho that last scene got me pretty good, Grimmer is the one along with Tenma that i wanted to survive all of this, but damn rest in peace Grimmer you shall be missed ! :( |

| RIP Grimmer. Man this show really knows how to write good side characters. His last few lines were so heart breaking. Also damn... Lunge said sorry. That is some character development right there. I feel that somewhat redeems Lunge but not completely of course. Great episode, 10/10. |

| There goes one of the most interesting characters of the show, R.I.P Mr. Grimmer. He truly died like a hero Can't wait to see what will Lunge do if he encounters Roberto and who will meet Johan first out of all characters who are there. Brilliant episode overall, got nothing else to add,all those 5/5 ratings speak for themselves |
| Noo Grimmer T_T Damn it, I hate the fact that he died, but what a great ending this was to such a complex and memorable character. It was brilliantly executed. I teared up during his final monologue, when he started crying finally because of his child's death. Lunge redeeming himself and even apologizing to Tenma was really impactful. Finally it happened, after 65+ episodes. I hope they survive so they can have a talk. |

| Grimmer became one of my favorite characters so this was sad. Unfortunately this was the one Monster spoiler I had been exposed to which sucks. It was in a title of a YouTube video that showed on my feed. I can’t complain since it’s been like a decade and a half since it aired lolol but still. I tried so hard to avoid all the spoilers. |

| It was pretty badass when Lunge disarmed the guy in the hotel, and also saying sorry to Tenma has changed my view completely on him. Its also a shame to see Grimmer gone, one of my favourite characters so far ;-; |

The fact that I was spoiled beforehand that he would die did not stop me from being grief-stricken about this, especially when he said that he can finally feel sadness. I know for a fact that some people have delayed emotions. Through Mr. Grimmer, that was portrayed beautifully and poetically. |
