Starting to get bored of this anime. The humor was funny in the beginning, but now it is just growing old.

Definitely, this.

YouTube - I post all my gameplay (Kingdom Hearts, so far) videos here (mostly boss fights), I am currently running through Kingdom Hearts II: Final Mix on Proud Mode. I am aiming to catalogue all boss fights in 1080p HD using PCSX2 to emulate and Fraps to record. Give my videos a watch and some constructive criticism. Thanks.

yea this arc wasnt that good. i fastforwarded thru alot of the boring dialogue and even more boring mech fighting. as much as i like tessa, she was not as dynamic in this first season as in TSR or fumoffu.

Love triangle. No surprise there.

Yeah probably the only good thing I got out of this ep is that I have more respect for Kurz.

I for one don't care about the love triangle, I was more concerned with the awesome mecha fight. But hey that's just me.

I thought this episode was great, even if the characters of this plot, in the end, weren't really that good. Anyway, I just hit the mid-point of the series, I expect good things yet.

Hmm Yeah this episode was kinda boring too imo,
the fight was supposed to be really big, but it kinda ended in 1 shot?
I donno what everyone else hates about it, but i think
the Love Triangle between Tessa, Kaname & Sousuke will be interesting,
even though its pretty obvious that Kaname will end up with Sousuke since Tessa is Sousuke's commander.
Ahh well i'm still enjoying this series,
looking forward to episode 13 !

the way how the mecha fight ended is a bit silly, the mecha designers fault i guess

however, the ending for the "sister and brother" looks fine

good end of arc... yeah a love triangle is overdone in anime... but oh well...

what was so awesome was the action and the FREAKIN GIANT MECH.

Well, if they create a mecha that big, of course it has to have some kind of flaw/weakness. Or it's up against super-mechas.

Lol it's been a while since I've seen a love triangle, anyways that was bold of Tessa never expected that from her.

I dunno why everyone is getting tired of it I feel it's still awesome.

No complaints about a love triangle here... Just adds more angles to the story.

The whole arc was kind of dumb. The villains act like angry children, acting purely out of spite and being swayed by a few minutes talking to someone "nice". They may be disaffected and young, but they act more like toddlers than teenagers (not the mention that only the fake brother and sister seemed to be teenager; everyone else is a full-grown man). It makes the whole thing feel rather childish. I know this series is marked "shounen" but right now it feels like it's being aimed at really little kids.

Love triangles are usually an annoyance because they're usually dishonest storytelling; given that the first eight episodes try to develop a romance between Sousuke and Kaname I don't believe for a second that Tessa actually has a chance. So the triangle is just a distraction, something for the show to chew on endlessly rather than advance the actual story.

More like it's aimed at high school kids, hence why they're in high school, and all miraculously in high school age ranges.

I know if I watched this in high school I'd totally dig the anime for what it's worth. I mean, dat fanservice with a rather serious scene in the last arc was nice with Kurz eyeballing Kaname.

Right now this love triangle just seem like fodder for more repetitive gags with Sousuke's lack of common sense and Kaname's violent and insecure tsundere behaviour.

Not sure if I'll actually enjoy Fumoffu at this point. If they just do rinse and repeat with tsundere Kaname, ditzy Tessa, and nonsensical Sousuke, it will seem more like annoyance than fun. I do regret not watching this as a target demographic. I'd probably rate it as high as Code Geass. You can see the blatant demographic it's trying to target with the constant mix of immaturity and the high school setting. Alas, what can ya do.

Still walls of texts aside, we're going back to high school with the next episode, I guess.

I swear Kurz is becoming my favorite character other than Sousuke, he's hilarious XD.
