I can't seem to find a scanlation...bleh. Is it just my poor internet-surfing skills, or is nobody picking up on the scanlation?

Maybe they think they have more than enough time to just wait.

I heard it was coming back (slowly) too, but I wasn't aware that a single new chapter was released after Volume 11.

Uh-huh. They had a 100+ page comeback chapter thingy in Asuka Magazine to celebrate. The only thing I could find scanlated was the first part of the chapter, which hardly whet my growing appetite for DN Angel. It was great though.

well.. the chinese scanlations are out.. its up to date i fink...its at the 20th chapter now.

Yes, volume 13 came out in Japan last October. It wasn't the final volume.
